“Desiludiu-me depois de ter estado há 4 anos e ter gostado muito. Piorou na qualidade do servico e no atendimento ao cliente na rececao. Quartos raramente eram limpos qd pediamos e faltavam sempre "coisas", toalhas, papel higienico, lencos de papel,etc.”
