“It's a case of "you know how to take a booking but not how to hold a booking" with this place.And, really, that's the essence of a booking, isn't it?After doing a lot of research, we booked a honeymoon trip here in June 2021 for September 2021.Everything confirmed, communicated directly with the hotel to arrange transportation from and to the airport - no problem.Then in early September, "we regret to inform you that we have overbooked ourselves and cannot honor our commitment."Then, "to make up for the inconvenience" we were rebooked at another hotel - doesn't look as good - and were offered some complimentary nights at Zoëtry in the future that we can only use if we book another flight from the US.No responsiveness to requests for greater/different compensations.Very, very poor from a place that wants to appear top of the line.If you book here, cross your fingers that you have a room when you arrive.”
