“É hotel bem grande, porém o serviço de atendimento nos restaurantes e recepção não funcionam bem, você acaba se estressando com tudo e todos.O principal problema são os quartos que cheiram muito a mofo, quem tem alergia não pode se hospedar nesse hotel.”

“This place is by far the worst resort I’ve ever been to!!!!! The food is trash! They have so many restaurants and barely anything that taste good ( if you’re used to good, seasoned, flavorful food). The phone I’m our room stopped working after the first night so we couldn’t even have room service. Additionally, when we were leaving they were supposed to come get our bags from our room and no one showed up, we had to walk in the rain to the lobby with our suitcases and luggage in our hands!!!!! The ONLY thing that saved this was DANIEL who works in the tourist area in the front. He does excursions etc. He booked our excursions for us and took very good care of us here. If you happen to already book come to him when you’re here, otherwise YOU WILL NOT enjoy your trip.Btw just to be clear , go to the front and ask for DANIEL from get away tours. The best…. He literally saved our trip .”
