Quando você paga um preço alto por um quarto de hotel, espera ter algum tipo de troca pelo valor. Eu senti como se eles apenas cobrassem seu preço sempre que possível. O hotel é lindo, a maioria dos funcionários foi amigável e útil, mas também encontrei alguns funcionários completamente rudes. Eles me cobraram quase US $ 17 por uma máscara OBRIGATÓRIA e nem me disseram o preço até depois de passar meu cartão. Eu não ficaria aqui novamente.

When you pay a high price for a hotel room you expect to have some type of exchange for the value. I felt like they just price gouge you every time they can. The hotel is beautiful, most of the staff was friendly and helpful, but I also ran into a few completely rude employees. They charged me almost $17 for a MANDATORYmask and didn't even tell me the price til after swiping my card. I wouldn't stay hereagain.

“Para começar, pagamos por uma suíte com vista para o mar, que acabou sendo obstruída por árvores e vegetação - mal conseguíamos enxergar água. Talvez caberia aos proprietários gastar um pouco de dinheiro na manutenção da propriedade. No mesmo assunto, os quartos são barulhentos desde os corredores, para os quartos adjacentes, para os quartos acima. Eu construo hotéis para viver e isso certamente não passaria no teste de transmissão de som de qualquer coisa que eu tenha visto.Em comida e bebida, a primeira noite escolhemos comer na propriedade. A comida era, na melhor das hipóteses, sombria. Comida que você esperaria de um Marriott de serviço completo, com uma cozinha básica, não uma coleção de autógrafos, que se orgulha de várias opções e escolher entre "restaurantes tentadores" e "deslumbrar" os nossos sentidos. Gostos exóticos? Mais como uma refeição processada misturada. Não, obrigado. Ao pedir uma cerveja, disseram-me que não havia 5 das 6 que eu pedi. Não apenas durante a noite, por 3 dias consecutivos. Quer vinho? Disseram-me que não havia uma lista de vinhos e eles ofereceram (1) opção. Este é um resort de 4.5 start e pagamos $ 800 / noite e recebemos comida nada assombrosa e não podemos nem escolher o que vamos beber? Não é um bom aspecto para Marriott.A piscina é insuficiente, mas o (1) servidor foi muito agradável e atencioso. No entanto, o preço dos lanches é mais barato no Four Seasons em todo o mundo.Os US $ 3 por um café no lobby são vergonhosos. Se você está pagando $ 800 por noite, dê um café aos convidados. O gerente da recepção tinha um derreter e nos disse "não". Em seguida, ele continuou sobre como ele "está farto de pedidos de check-out tardio" e "já chega". Simplesmente respondi ao dilema do dia anterior e pedi uma hora para utilizar o spa. Ele nos "concedeu" 30 minutos. O atendimento e a atitude inadequados ao cliente são algo que me incomoda.Esta propriedade é uma propriedade de 3 *, com uma taxa de $ 270-320 / noite no máximo. As propriedades vizinhas estão equipadas de forma muito mais adequada para resorts de 4 a 5 *. Isso precisa de pessoal atualizado e alimentos e bebidas atualizados. Não vamos voltar a esta propriedade novamente.Boa sorte com sua propriedade, ela precisa de atenção geral, como você pode ver.

Nós hospedado aqui 7 jan. A 12º. O primeiro quarto que nos deram foi 2311. Era um quarto para deficientes físicos. Assentos no chuveiro e sem porta de chuveiro ... apenas uma cortina. O banheiro não era fechado. Nós pedimos para ser transferidos para um quarto normal e a recepção insistiu que 2311 NÃO era um quarto para deficientes físicos. Estranho! De qualquer forma, fomos transferidos para o quarto nº 2203 (que era um quarto normal). Minha maior reclamação sobre o hotel era o quão sujo era. O fato de fazer parte da coleção de autógrafos é inacreditável! Os terrenos eram bons, então há isso. A comida estava muito boa. Resumindo, este hotel vale cerca de US $ 200 por noite, se você conseguir um quarto limpo. No terceiro dia, finalmente pedimos ao pessoal que passasse o aspirador no tapete. Caramba!!Sou um fã do Marriott, mas, uau, não se hospede aqui.

We stayed here Jan 7 - 12th. The first room they gave us was 2311. It was a handicapped room. Seats in the shower and no shower door ...just a curtain. The toilet was not enclosed. We asked to be moved to a regular room and the front desk insisted 2311 was NOT a handicapped room. Strange! Anyway, we were moved to room #2203 (which was a regular room). My biggest complaint about the hotel was how dirty it was. The fact it is part of the Autograph Collection is unbelievable! The grounds were nice so there is that. The food was pretty good. Bottom line is this hotel is worth about $200 a night and that is if you can get a clean room. On the third day we finally asked the staff to vacuum the carpet. Yikes!! I am a Marriott fan, but wow, don't stay here.

“To start, we paid for an ocean view suite, which ended up being obstructed with trees and vegetation - barely able to see any water at all. Perhaps it would behoove the property owners to spend a little money on maintenance of the property. On the same subject, the rooms are loud from the corridors, to the adjacent rooms, to the rooms above. I construct hotels for a living and this certainly wouldn't pass a sound transmission test on anything I have seen. On to food and beverage, night one we chose to eat on-property. The food was dismal at best. Food that you would expect from a full service Marriott, with a basic kitchen, not an autograph collection, which boasts over multiple options and choosing from "tempting restaurants" and "dazzling" our senses. Exotic tastes? More like a thrown-together processed meal. No thanks. When ordering a beer, I was told they didn't have 5 out of the 6 I ordered. Not just for the night, for 3 consecutive days. Want wine? I was told there wasn't a wine list and they offered (1) option. This is a 4.5 start resort and we paid $800/night and we get served underwhelming food and can't even choose what we drink? Not a good look for Marriott. The pool is understaffed, but the (1) server was very nice and attentive. However, the price of the snacks is cheaper at the Four Seasons across the globe. The $3 for a coffee in the lobby is shameful. If you're paying $800 a night, give the guests a coffee. It's tacky. Every single call placed to the front desk - every single one - took 3-5 minutes to pick up. We ended up walking up to valet to get our car. Speaking of valet, all of the attendants were wonderful and a pleasure. Last, and the sole reason I decided to engage this survey, the checkout experience. The day before checkout, we utilized the spa - the masseuses were fantastic and the pricing was fair. However, the steam room was not turned on. I requested it to be turned on 3 separate times, to no avail. I ended up not having enough time to utilize this and the spa manager was kind to give me a day pass to use the next morning. I was able to enjoy that the day of checkout, but not until late morning. Prior to doing so, we went to the front desk to ask for a late checkout, in order to utilize the spa. The front desk manager about had a melt down and told us "no". Then he went on about how he's "had it up to here with late checkout requests" and has had "enough of it". I simply responded with the dilemma from the day before and requested an hour to utilize the spa. He "granted" us 30 minutes. Poor customer service and attitude is something that rubs me the wrong way. This property is a 3* property, with a rate of $270-320/night max. The neighboring properties are much more adequately equipped for 4-5* resorts. This needs updated staffing and updated food and beverage. We won't be returning to this property again. Good luck with your property, it needs attention across the board as you can see.

Very pricey.. breakfast beyond continental is not included. You’re paying for the name, not top notch. Having stayed many other times in key largo at more intimate settings. With what you pay for resort fees you can find a local dive motel with a private beach and more intimate and better services

Love love love this place! ❤️Beautiful resort! Very friendly, helpful staff. Great room service, and everything was very clean. There’s cool places to go see not too far a drive away. And not too insanely far from Miami either! We loved being on the island but close to Miami.

Wonderful beyond what I can describe!It's own beach, swimming pool, two restaurants, hobbie cat and other boat type rentals , fabulous spacious, rooms..plenty of free parking.. We saw Manatees there too.

The property was great!I’ll try to upgrade next time to a beach view room. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in be mornings.The bartender at the Sand Bar (Manuel) was excellent.We also enjoyed lunch at Sol by the Sea. Our server, Shabonia, was amazing!She was the only server, but did a wonderful job of providing personable and efficient service.We had dinner at Sol by the Sea too.Sorry, I can’t remember the servers name. She was great I’m the beginning, but we never saw her again until the check game. Regardless, the food was delicious and she was very nice.Kudos also to Amelia, a Supervisor, who also provided excellent service with resolving a situation we experienced. She was extremely helpful and professional. We look forward to future visits!

In June we stopped in for lunch and decided to give it a try during our next adventure to the Keys. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely be back. It’s only 1.5 hours from Miami, which is really convenient for a weekend getaway. Every was nice and helpful. The grounds were clean and beautiful. The rooms were well appointed and spacious and we had a great water view. We enjoyed this family friendly resort in Key Largo. My only critique is to have more servers taking care of the beach. We walked to the bar and/or the restaurant and ordered drinks and food. There was only one server on the beach. We were there for hours and she never got to us. We didn’t really mind, but it would’ve been nice to have better service on the beach. Still giving 5 stars for overall experience!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. As a first time guests we experienced a very well organized service with hand sanitizer all over the place. Very clean, and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will certainly come back.Highly recommended for families with kids. The pool and the beach are very unique and worth visitiy.
