Que experiência maravilhosa! Nada como ser uma rainha por um dia. Os jardins são imaculadamente paisagísticos e dentro do spa é uma experiência em si. Os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos, fui recebido por Rick, que é incrível. Tudo está lá, de champanhe a roupões e chinelos, esfoliantes e loções. A sala de vapor, sauna, spa e a sala tranquila com jacuzzi são extraordinárias. Eu tive uma massagem de corpo inteiro por Jacob que foi fenomenal e um hydra facial por Heidi que deixou meu rosto suave e impecável. Este mãos para baixo foi a maior experiência. Mal posso esperar para voltar!!

What a wonderful experience! Nothing like being a queen for the day. The grounds are Immaculately landscaped and inside the spa it is an experience in itself. The staff are all so friendly, I was welcomed by Rick who is amazing. Everything is there from champagne to robes and slippers to scrubs and lotions. The steam room, sauna, spa and the quiet room with a jacuzzi are extraordinary. I had a full body massage by Jacob which was phenomenal and a hydra facial by Heidi which left my face feeling smooth and flawless. This hands down was the greatest experience. I can’t wait to go back!!

O Grand Hotel é na verdade um amplo complexo de quartos localizado em um belo complexo de flores, trilhas para caminhada, piscinas, spa e uma praia de areia. A área é grande e poderia rivalizar com qualquer jardim botânico com sua beleza. Eles disparam um canhão todos os dias às 4:00 como uma saudação comemorativa à sua história e aos nossos grandes militares. A cerimônia começa às 15h45. O campo de golfe e as quadras de tênis são excelentes, os restaurantes, 6 deles, são muito elegantes. Há muito para cobrir aqui, seu site é muito informativo. Eu amo isso aqui, as pessoas, a paisagem, tudo sobre esse lugar faz você querer nunca mais sair.

Foi realmente Grande. Da recepção (Vicki e Tiffany são SEMPRE INCRÍVEIS e tão acolhedoras!) até a piscina e a equipe de recreação (o atendente de recreação durante a atividade das 15h em 14/08/22 foi excepcional! - desculpe, esqueci o nome dele) até o equipe do evento (nós amamos a Sra. Georgia em Banquetes!) Todo mundo foi tão incrível. O quarto que tínhamos era no edifício principal e era bonito e tão limpo! Elogios a todos os funcionários da limpeza!!!! Eles estão fazendo maravilhoso!Já estivemos uma vez antes deste mês desde a reforma e depois chegaríamos antes disso no início dos anos 90. Todos com quem entramos em contato foram tão impressionantes com seu profissionalismo, sinceridade e verdadeira hospitalidade Grand. Trabalhando em hospitalidade, eu realmente entendo os altos e baixos dessa incrível indústria. É incrível saber que o Grand ainda mantém o alto padrão depois de tantos anos. Eu posso continuar, mas eu queria apenas reiterar a excelência que a equipe defende para todos os hóspedes que passam por essas belas portas da frente.

O Grande Hotel era lindo! Eu tive uma ótima estadia. Tudo estava muito limpo e eu tinha tudo o que precisava em todos os momentos. As piscinas eram a minha parte favorita, com vista para a área da praia com a piscina “somente para adultos” e a banheira de hidromassagem sendo uma adição muito bem-vinda. Há tantos espaços para eventos, que parece um local maravilhoso para um casamento. Eu tive um delicioso almoço no restaurante um dia. A única desvantagem é a falta de estacionamento, mas eles oferecem serviços de manobrista e transporte por uma taxa extra. Fiquei triste ao me despedir do Grand Hotel e dos 3 gatos que vi cochilando na grama todas as manhãs!

Fue realmente grandioso. Desde la recepción (¡Vicki y Tiffany son SIEMPRE INCREÍBLES y muy acogedoras!) hasta el personal de la piscina y de recreación (¡el asistente de recreación durante la actividad de las 3 p. personal del evento (¡nos encanta la Sra. Georgia en Banquetes!) Todos fueron increíbles. La habitación que teníamos estaba en el edificio principal y era hermosa y muy, muy limpia. Felicitaciones a todo el personal de limpieza!!!! ¡Lo están haciendo maravilloso!Hemos estado una vez antes de este mes desde la renovación y luego vendríamos antes de eso a partir de los años 90. Todas las personas con las que entramos en contacto fueron tan impresionantes con su profesionalismo, sinceridad y verdadera gran hospitalidad. The Grand Hotel was beautiful! I had a great and stay. Everything was very clean and I had everything I needed at all times. The pools were my favorite part, overlooking the beach area with the “adults only” pool and hot tub being a very welcome addition. There are so many event spaces, it looks like a wonderful spot for a wedding. I had a delicious lunch in the restaurant one day. The only downside is the lack of parking, but they do offer valet and shuttle services for an extra fee. I was sad to say goodbye to the Grand Hotel and the 3 cats I saw snoozing on the grass every morning!

The Grand Hotel is actually a sprawling complex of guest rooms located in a beautiful complex of flowers, walking pathways, pools, spa, and a sandy beach. The area is large and could rival any botanical garden with it's beauty. They fire a cannon everyday at 4:00 as a celebratory salute to it's history and our great military. The ceremony starts at 3:45. The golf course and tennis courts are superb, the restaurants, 6 of them, are very elegant. There is too much to cover here, their website is very informative. I love it here, the people, the scenery, everything about this place makes you want to never leave.

It was truly Grand. From the Front Desk (Vicki and Tiffany are ALWAYS AMAZING and so welcoming!) to the pool and recreation staff (the recreation attendant during the 3pm activity on 8/14/22 was exceptional!- so sorry I forgot his name) to even the event staff (we love Mrs. Georgia in Banquets!) Everyone was so awesome. The room we had was in the main building and it was beautiful and so, so clean! Kudos to all Housekeeping Staff!!!! They are doing wonderful! We have been once prior to this month since the renovation and then would come before that beginning in the 90's. Everyone we came in contact with was so impressive with their professionalism, sincerity, and true Grand hospitality. Working in Hospitality, I truly understand the ups and down of this amazing industry. It is awesome to know the Grand still holds the high standard after so many years. I can go on and on but I wanted to just reiterate the excellence the staff upholds for all guests that walk through those beautiful front doors.

Como membro embaixador do Marriott Properties, apreciei o check-in antecipado e o upgrade da suíte. Todos os funcionários da propriedade foram muito bem-vindos e hospitaleiros. As acomodações eram perfeitas estando localizadas no edifício do spa e era conveniente para o belo edifício histórico do hotel onde estão localizados os restaurantes. As an Ambassador Member with Marriott Properties , I appreciated the early check in and the suite upgrade. All the property staff were very welcome and hospitable . The accommodations were perfect being located in the spa building and it was convenient to the beautiful historic hotel building where the restaurants are located. I had two wonderfully relaxing days. I was particularly impressed with the scenery and nature. It reminded me of an enhancing secret garden. The meandering brick walkways made for the perfect evening stroll through the property.

Estância linda! A equipe foi sempre simpática, Ashley na recepção foi muito útil e agradável! Os quartos são bem espaçosos! O caminho no resort era um lugar perfeito para cores deslumbrantes do nascer do sol enquanto corria ao longo da baía! Tanto a piscina familiar quanto a piscina apenas para adultos foram perfeitas! E a vista do pôr do sol era linda enquanto tomava coquetéis gostosos nas fogueiras. Eu recomendo!

Gorgeous resort!Staff were always friendly, Ashley at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant! The rooms are very spacious! The path at the resort was a perfect place for gorgeous colors from the sunrise while running along the bay!Both the family pool and the adults only pool were perfect! And the view of the sunset was beautiful while having yummy cocktails at the firepits.I highly recommend!

Meu novo marido e eu passamos nossa lua de mel no Grand e foi maravilhoso!! A equipe foi acima e além para tornar a nossa estadia especial para nós, e mal podemos esperar para passar muitos mais aniversários aqui juntos no futuro!O quarto estava impecável, os jardins eram bem cuidados, a praia e a área da piscina tinham zero lixo, as refeições estavam deliciosas no resort, e fomos recebidos com sorrisos em todos os lugares que fomos. Esta é uma das melhores férias que tivemos em muito tempo. A comida do restaurante estava excelente. Não havia nada que fosse exótico na preparação, mas o buffet foi uma das melhores coisas que já tive. Tudo foi tecnicamente preparado exatamente corretamente e pessoal para alguns dos mais positivos. Não encontramos ninguém durante toda a viagem que não parou de nos perguntar se precisávamos de ajuda e explicar a história do resort. Todos aqui são genuinamente borbulhantes e felizes em ajudá-lo. O cenário era lindo e foi maravilhoso para os nossos filhos. Check-out motos de motos foi uma brisa e cortesia. Nossos filhos adoram a piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem aquecida com cascata. O cenário é lindo e coberto de pássaros naturais e belas paisagens.

My new husband and I spent our honeymoon at the Grand and it was wonderful!! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special for us, and we cannot wait to spend many more anniversaries here together in the future!Room was spotless, grounds were well-kept, beach and pool area had zero trash, the meals were delicious at the resort, and we were greeted with smiles everywhere we went. Loved it!

This is one of the best vacations that we've had in a long time. The food at the restaurant was excellent. There was nothing that was over the top exotic in the preparation but the buffet was one of the best things that have ever had. Everything was technically prepared exactly correctly and staff for some of the most positive. We didn't encounter anyone the entire trip who didn't stop ask us if we needed help and explain the history of the resort. Everyone here is genuinely bubbly and happy to help you. The setting was beautiful and it was wonderful for our children. Checking out watercrafter bikes was a breeze and complimentary. Our children love the pool and the heated hot tub with waterfall. The setting is gorgeous and covered in natural bird life and beautifully landscapes.
