“Requested a high floor, away from the elevator. My arrival was delayed 9 hours due to American airlines canceling flights from Phoenix Airport. At check-in JR at the front desk. We highest available. However, JR ever disclosed to me the is an ADA room and requested an ADA room. Bad choice my him.So I had to go back down to the front desk for a different room. It was late, I was tired and stressed. JR didn't do a good enough to make my check-in a pleasant experience.Furthermore, no extra roll of toilet paper and door sign was left in the room. Had called guest services. I had better stays and experiences.”
