“it was an excellent stay especially for my 2 kids who have just started school. they have enjoyed the facilities and the entertainment you have provided. the varieties of the buffet were also excellent and delicious especially the barbecue. Your supervisor who works in the pool restaurant from South African (I guess) was very kind in dealing with customers. I have face one problem which is that I have requested a room on the ground floor so I can have easy excess to the pool but the reservation staff recommended me to take at the first floor because it has a balcony and good view to the pool, I took his suggestion but I was shocked that you can't see the pool as all the palm covering the view. I asked them to change the room but not giving the ground floor instead of on the fourth floor. other than that everything was perfect and I would like to come again as soon as possible”

“Our stay was very pleasurable and we enjoyed a lot although some facilities are not available due to the current pandemic. I would like to commend Ms. ABBY in the reception for being so helpful and accommodating during our stay. She made sure that we will enjoy our stay and our needs are met. I am very grateful for the complimentary cake and drinks provided for my birthday during our stay. They made my birthday extra special.”
