“Nos alojamos entre el 9 y el 13 de abril. Todos los empleados son amables y sonrientes. Las habitaciones están impecablemente limpias. Hay un problema, ya sea que diga empleados o jefes, hay un problema de comunicación. Lo que uno dice no existe, el otro dice que existe. Algunos miembros del personal del bar son increíblemente ignorantes, no saben cómo hacer cócteles, miran qué ingredientes se le ponen. Por supuesto que aprenderán, ¡pero no con el cliente! En cuanto a las bebidas, en el restaurante principal, el nuevo raki, Tekirdağ, Wine, Kilitbahir están bien. En el bar del vestíbulo, hay beylerbeyi belly y Tekirdağ gold series, los whiskies son chivas, etiqueta negra y roja. Por la noche, puedes encontrar marcas como talisker, glenmorangie, etc., en el express bar. Beks, miller, efes, bomonti sirven cerveza embotellada. La comida es de buena calidad. Hay un problema grave, especialmente los vasos raki están sucios, aparte de eso, no hay ningún problema en los vasos. Les dije un par de veces, no podían entenderlo. Elegí este lugar especialmente para mi hijo de 4,5 años, pero tuve la mayor decepción aquí. No hubo suficientes actividades en el club infantil, aunque los empleados ya habían terminado, estaban de humor para irse. El año pasado, en el club infantil de la familia IC santai, lo cuidé como si fueran sus propios hijos y, actividad tras actividad, esta era la parte en la que estaba más descontento. Además, hay un cargo por viajar en los autos que funcionan con baterías. La piscina cubierta es pequeña, el lado del mar se acababa de abrir, el mar y la playa estaban limpios y claros.
