Good amenities, close to the highway. The place is under renovation. So be aware. The pool is really an added bonus, especially for kids. Breakfast did leave something to be desired though and parking really should just be added to the booking fee rather than it be separate. Good location overall. Close to restaurants, grocery store and shoppers drug mart.

Realmente ótima experiência. Bem equipado e confortável com muito espaço. A equipe no check-in à tarde e também a equipe de arrumação foram muito úteis. As vistas para o lago são espetaculares e a localização é conveniente, central e junto à água. Tão perfeito para sair e estar bem no lago ou no meio da agitação do centro da cidade.

Este hotel é INCRÍVEL. Além da vista incrível e ótima localização, o quarto é SUPER equipado: Microondas, fogão, geladeira cheia, utensílios, panelas etc. Muito prático para viajar com crianças!! A cama e os travesseiros eram super confortáveis e honestamente os lençóis pareciam super legal (eu sou uma aberração quando se trata de lençóis). A equipe é simpática e o café da manhã era bom, muitas opções diferentes e as crianças comeram! ! Este hotel merece 5 estrelas !! Altamente recomendado.

Realmente una gran experiencia. Bien equipado y cómodo con mucho espacio. El personal a la hora del check-in por la tarde y también el personal de limpieza fueron muy serviciales. Las vistas al lago son espectaculares y la ubicación es conveniente, céntrica y justo al lado del agua. Tan perfecto para salir y estar justo en el lago o en medio del bullicio del centro.

Este hotel es INCREÍBLE. Además de la increíble vista y la excelente ubicación, la habitación está SUPER equipada: microondas, estufa, refrigerador completo, utensilios, utensilios de cocina, etc. ¡Muy conveniente cuando viajas con niños! La cama y las almohadas eran súper cómodas y, sinceramente, las sábanas se sentían súper agradable (soy un bicho raro cuando se trata de sábanas). El personal es amable y el desayuno era bueno, con muchas opciones diferentes y los niños comieron. Este hotel se merece 5 estrellas!! Altamente recomendado.

This hotel is AMAZING. Besides the amazing view and great location, the room is SUPER equipped: Microwave, stove, full fridge, utensils, cookware etc. Very convenient when traveling with kids!! The bed and pillows were super comfortable and honestly the sheets felt super nice ( I am a freak when it comes to bed sheets). The staff is friendly and breakfast was good lots of different options and the kids ate!! This hotel deserves 5 stars !! Highly recommend.

Really great experience. Well fitted and comfortable with a lot of space. The staff at check-in time in the afternoon and also the housekeeping staff were very helpful. The views looking out on the lake are spectacular and the location is convenient, central and right by the water. So perfect to walk out and be right at the lake or in the middle of downtown’s buzz.

Gostei muito da minha estadia! O quarto era tão espaçoso e tinha tudo o que precisávamos, incluindo uma pequena cozinha e uma sala de estar. Tivemos um bebê conosco e o hotel nos deu um pequeno berço que funcionou perfeitamente. O café da manhã também era muito bom e tinha uma boa variedade de alimentos. A localização era excelente, estávamos a poucos passos do porto e de muitos pontos turísticos e restaurantes. Eu definitivamente recomendo ficar lá!

¡Disfruté mucho de mi estadía! La habitación era muy espaciosa y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, incluida una pequeña cocina y una sala de estar. Teníamos un bebé con nosotros y el hotel nos dio una pequeña cuna que funcionó perfectamente. El desayuno también era bastante bueno y tenía una buena variedad de alimentos. La ubicación era excelente, estábamos a unos pasos del puerto y de muchos lugares de interés y restaurantes. ¡Definitivamente recomendaría quedarse allí!

I very much enjoyed my stay! The room was so spacious and had everything we needed including a small kitchen and a living room. We had an infant with us and the hotel gave us a small crib which worked perfectly. The breakfast was also quite good and had a good variety of foods. The location was excellent, we were steps away from the harbour and a lot of the sights and restaurants. I'd definitely recommend staying there!

Hotel incrível! O quarto parecia um prédio de apartamentos. Foi incrível ter uma cozinha completa e dois banheiros. O nosso quarto parecia a água, então foi excelentes vistas. O café da manhã foi ótimo. Recomendo muito o pão de banana.

Loved the studio apartment setup of the room. Comes with stove top, some crockery, dishwasher and a big fridge, dining for 2 and work station. Hotel is clean and very well kept. Breakfast buffet is inclusive. Great place for family. Convenience and shopping nearby. Definitely recommend.

Amazing hotel! The room was like an apartment building. It was awesome to have a full kitchen and two bathrooms. Our room over looked the water so it was great views. The breakfast was great. I highly recommend the banana bread.

Este hotel está localizado à beira-mar perto da Princess Street e fica a uma curta distância de toda a ação, muitos restaurantes deliciosos e toneladas de lojas fofas. Eles tomaram a si mesmos e atualizaram nosso quarto para uma vista para a água sem nos perguntar primeiro, o que foi incrível! Também pedimos uma chegada antecipada e uma partida tardia, ambas concedidas sem problemas ou taxas extras 💛 Ter uma cozinha eficiente foi útil, pois pudemos manter nossas sobras na geladeira e aquecê-las no microondas mais tarde - perfeito!

Tuvimos un excelente fin de semana en este hotel. Las habitaciones eran amplias y limpias. Gracias Omar por satisfacer todas nuestras necesidades y hacer que nuestro equipo de hockey tuviera un fin de semana agradable y sin complicaciones. El desayuno de la mañana fue fabuloso. Este hotel está ubicado en el paseo marítimo cerca de Princess Street y está a poca distancia a pie de toda la acción, muchos restaurantes deliciosos y toneladas de lindas tiendas. Se encargaron de ellos mismos y mejoraron nuestra habitación a una vista del agua sin que nosotros preguntáramos primero, ¡lo cual fue increíble! También solicitamos una llegada anticipada y una salida tardía que se concedieron sin problemas ni cargos adicionales 💛 Tener una cocina eficiente fue útil, ya que pudimos guardar las sobras en el refrigerador y calentarlas en el microondas más tarde, ¡perfecto!

This hotel is located on the waterfront near Princess Street and is within walking distance to all of the action, many scrumptious restaurants, and tons of cute shops. They took it upon themselves and upgraded our room to a water view without us asking first which was awesome! We also asked for an early arrival and a late departure which were both granted without any issues or extra fees 💛 Having an efficiency kitchen came in handy as we were able to keep our left overs in the fridge and warm them up in the microwave later on - perfect!

We had an excellent weekend at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks Omar for accommodating all our needs and making our hockey team have an enjoyable and hassle free weekend.
