I’m currently staying here and I wish I would’ve read the reviews first! Let me tell you, my daughter had never seen a cockroach before we got to this hotel… well she has now had her share of them! We are in our THIRD room in the last week. The first morning we woke up to roaches that were (no joke) 2 inches long!!! So, they gave us a different room. First night, we only saw a small roach. Second night my daughter woke up to one on her FACE! She slept in the car that night and I can tell you sleeping in a convertible is not comfortable, and really not safe. That night I saw several more roaches of all sizes. Next morning I go to the desk and tell them again about roaches. So we’re now in our third room and not once has management ever come to talk to us. The girl at the front desk (very nice) said she gave us 50% discount on one night. I’m sorry, but this is the worst experience in a hotel I’ve had in my life. It’s supposed to be a vacation and relaxing and this is anything but that! I use to manage and I know this is not supposed to be how it’s done. Extremely disappointing. And if I had the money I’d stay anywhere but here!

When we pulled up, I thought I had made a horrible mistake booking her. Please looks old and run down. Definitely does not have a good curb appeal. Inside is better. It definitely is older and not kept up extremely well, but the room was clean and good size. We could not get any hot water in the shower, but had very hot water in the sink. There was only one ice machine working for the four floors so needless to say, ice was not easy to come by. The staff was nice and professional. Kay was extremely helpful when my wife left her glasses in the room. She went above and beyond and deserves a huge pat on the back. Thank you so much Kay.

I would not recommend staying here or come back to this hotel unless I had no other choice. I will start by saying that nothing bad happened and no one was rude to us, but the hotel is just not in a nice condition. We arrived at around 9pm and were able to find a spot in the parking lot. Check in was quick. The lobby area, hallways, and elevator already look rundown. Our room wasn’t extremely bad, but there were gross white stains on the bed sheets. The bathroom was all dinged up. Basically, if you have to sleep somewhere, you can sleep here, but I wouldn’t recommend much else. Nothing bad happened to the car while we were parked, it was fine. Nothing bad happened to us while we were sleeping.

This is based off of my personal stay here. Your experiences may vary. Nothing works here. Its outdated, elevator broke/got stuck with someone in it and there is no tape blocking the door, just a piece of paper with small print. The two vending machines are both out of order. The furniture is old and breaking, phone and computer plugs fall out of the sockets which is a pain, the internet was out the night I checked in and they couldn't fix it until the next morning , keys deactivated several times and the street sign for the hotel is barely lit so you drive right past it. On a positive note: the AC is nice and cold. Hot water works. Beds are comfortable. Staff is nice. Lots of parking. Price was the best around.

The only nice things were the staff and the pool. The room had a funky smell, dirty carpets and roaches. The ice machines were always broken. The luggage carts were old and flimsy. The breakfast was as bare bones as it could be. A hot breakfast could only consist of toast or oatmeal packets. The furniture in the lobby is worn and looks second hand. The fabric in the arms is almost worn through. I met several guests who were also dissatisfied. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
