Este hotel é uma pena, em um ano passou de um hotel decente para um desastroso. O hotel está atualmente em construção. Liguei para a recepção porque é impossível descansar com o barulho da furadeira e as marteladas que batem. Ele me disse que ligaria novamente para o meu quarto para me dar uma solução e não houve tal chamada e os ruídos não param. Os preços muito caros de tudo e o hotel cheio de mosquitos. Eu não recomendo este hotel.

Este hotel es una vergüenza, en un año ha pasado de ser un hotel decente a uno nefasto. Actualmente el hotel está en obras. He llamado a recepción porque es imposible descansar con el ruido del taladro y los martillazos que pegan. Me ha dicho que me volvería a llamar a la habitación para darme una solución y no ha habido dicha llamada y los ruidos no cesan. Los precios carísimos de todo y el hotel lleno de mosquitos. No recomiendo para nada este hotel.

Unfortunately, the photos aren't the reality. I felt like being in a haunted hotel. It is a very old hotel for sure, the walls have cracks, furniture is old. There is an unpleasant smell of dampness. I wanted to play pool, but they didn't have the equipment. The food was okay. You don't deserve to go there, trust me.

Os funcionários foram todos extremamente prestativos e reagiram imediatamente quando tivemos pedidos. Quarto estava todo limpo, exceto que ainda havia mofo na área da parede da banheira, e havia alguns mosquitos. Eu gostaria de propor que se possível fechasse o piso das reformas ou pelo menos toda aquela ala esquerda ou direita. Precisávamos dos 2 quartos maiores para a nossa família, então eles estavam no final e tivemos que passar pela perfuração e poeira branca voadora. E por causa dos renos em andamento, acho que eles precisavam cortar a eletricidade aqui e ali. Nosso ar condicionado não era tão legal quanto o quarto dos meus pais, que ficava a apenas 3 quartos de distância. Queríamos jogar sinuca enquanto esperávamos o restaurante e a recepcionista não conseguia encontrar as bolas. Meus filhos queriam brincar de pezinho. Uma das 2 mesas estava quebrada. A piscina tinha muitos insetos. Talvez muitas pessoas não usem o suficiente para filtrar com mais frequência, mas no geral foi 7/10 na limpeza da piscina. Eu reservaria este hotel novamente, pois não é tão ruim realmente. Transporte gratuito tinha um ótimo serviço.

The staff were all very extremely helpful and reacted immediately when we had requests. Room was all clean except that there was still mold on the bathtub wall area, and there were some mosquitoes. I would like to propose that if possible to close the floor of the renovations or at least that whole left or right wings. We needed the 2 bigger rooms for our family so they were at the end and we had to walk all the way past the drilling and white flying dust. And because of the ongoing renos I guess they needed to cut electricity here and there. Our air conditioning was not as cool as my parents’ room which was just 3 rooms away. We wanted to play pool while waiting for the restaurant and the receptionist couldn’t find the balls. My kids wanted to play baby foot. One of the 2 tables were broken. The swimming pool had quite a lot of insects in it. Maybe not many people use it enough for them to filter more frequently but overall it was 7/10 on the pool cleanliness. I would book this hotel again as it’s not too bad really. Free shuttle had a great service.

The staff are managing the guests for the minimum inconvenience while renovations are underway. Good front desk and great breakfast spread....good if you are flying but otherwise a bit remote from shops and restaurants.

It was fine as a one night hotel before catching our early flight. The shower was kinda bad in our room and a lightbulb was blinking non-stop tho. Service was good.

Agradável surpresa, hotel muito limpo com comodidades muito agradáveis. Como podemos dizer que nos sentimos em casa com uma equipe de alto nível. Todos são muito atenciosos, agradáveis, gentis, obrigado ao povo de Marselha pelo bom humor. Estamos voltando a Paris, mas voltaremos. Golpe de coração para o gerente responsável pelo restaurante nesta manhã de segunda-feira.

Booked with Expedia, no cancelling option at the time (despite what the hotel pretend). Family of 4, 2 small kids under 3 years old. Can’t travel due to medical situation. MIA Hotel show no flexibility, charged the 2 rooms and didn’t consider a credit, a 1/2 charge or a change of date. Really unacceptable but i’m sure they feel well “on doit appliquer les règles, c’est pas nous, c’est la direction”… the show no mercy.

OK, so we turned up at the M. I. A. hotel on a unscheduled night stop, as an airline crew (so all of us have stayed in many hotels) and I'd just like to say how much we enjoyed it. Within an hour of us landing they had organised rooms, a delightful dinner (bread, fish/aubergine, and chocolate torte for dessert) and most importantly a really warm welcome. Can't say enough good things about the hospitality and friendliness. Please support these great folks as they transform to a new hotel chain, and I wish them all the best for the future.

Lugar agradável,. Decoração antiga, silencioso e bem localizado. Levou um pouco na arrumação de quarto.

Boa experiência com este hotel, empregados muito atenciosos e simpáticos, transfer do aeroporto para o hotel é do hotel para o aeroporto, boa piscina e restaurante com uma ementa bem elaborada. Sem dúvida um hotel recomendável para quem quer estar a 5 minutos a pé do aeroporto.

Lovely hotel, sumptuous breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.

A lot of wear and tear and a terrible high price. Staff was very nice though.

Spacious comfortable rooms, very service-minded staff - always ready to help. Breakfast better than average - fresh smoothies, juices, bio yoghurts, good ham and cheeses. Could be more varied though - every day almost the same things. Although situated by the airport and motorway, pool in the setting of garden, isolates well the surrounding noise. Good restaurant on site! Nothing really to complain about - besides high price, but that is what it costs in summer in that region, I guess. Price vs quality takes one star away, in my opinion.

I think the hotel deserves a fair review.After reading other reviewers I think it's important to recall this is an airport hotel, not a resort. As such I would assume travelers expect convenience and a restful stay.The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes away from the airport which is great for early morning flights. The hotel offers a shuttle service. Lobby is modern yet dont expect anything extravagant. Staff is courteous and efficient. COVID protocols are well implemented. ( they need hand sanitizer by the elevator buttons)I understand that the hotel has different types of rooms, some of which have been renovated. I had one of those rooms during 2 separate stays. Rooms are large, clean. Bedding is very comfortable, for those who care, pillows are great.Sound insulation is non existent. You can hear people talking in the hallway. During my last stay, some crazy people started banging on doors in the middle of the night. I understand there is nothing the hotel can do, but certainly better sound insulation would help.I think the thermostat in the rooms are dummies. Changing the temp setting didn't seem to have any effect, on cold or hot.Bathrooms are "ok", as in acceptable/good. I had a problem with water temperature that would not stay steady for some reason. ( going from cold to dangerously hot).I do like the mini bars in the rooms with "free" drinks. ( I think they are free, if they are not, I havent seen a price list and wasn't charged for them; if they are free, they should advertise that because it is a nice attention).Overall, I think the hotel is the best to stay at the airport. Yet, this is not 4 stars to my standards, maybe 3-3.5 At that price point I think they should do better. to my fellow US travelers, think best western, but at $200 a night.I would stay there again, I would just use ear plugs.

Hotel bom.

Good location, close to the airport and with a good shuttle service. Unfortunately the Covid-19 related measures where not really consequent implemented and the room and bath hygiene could be improved. Service personal was always friendly, attentive and helpful.

The reception and public areas have been updated and feel fairly modern, however, the bedrooms feel fairly dated (albeit with some modern artwork). Staff were all fantastic.

Muy práctico. Horarios de comidas muy cortos y buffet de desayuno con camarero estresante en los cafés. Parecía la chica de los perfumes del corte inglés.

La atencion fue extraordinaria. Completamente recomendable. Pedimos 2 cafes y dos cruasanes y no nos cobraron nada. Majidimos!

Un hotel con habitaciones bastante grandes, si bien los baños son muy antiguos. Esta muy cerca del aeropuerto. Comida muy cara use mala calidad. La habitación nos la entregaron más tarde de las 16:00 y encima no estaba limpia como debiera. Sin duda no volveré.

El lugar es precioso,muy limpio,los empleados muy muy amables. Pero lo mejor son las camas que parecen nubes. Tiene zonas de ocio y entretenimiento para niños. Todo perfecto!

Un hotel genial en el que podrás disfrutar de sus terrazas para tomarte algo. Las habitaciones también tienen un diseño clásico y muy bonito. Ideal para pasar pocas noches.

Excelente todo excepto que el WiFi de la Habitacion que no anda bien, de hecho no pude conectarme desde la habitación en ningún momento. Del resto muy bonito, un diseño muy peculiar y el trato ameno y profesional

Buen hotel, en la línea de Pullman. Cómodo, piscina, buenos servicios.

Hotel junto al aeropuerto de Marseille-Provence, con servicio gratuito de traslados. Habitaciones muy confortables con una cama muy cómoda. Hay gimnasio con sauna y baño turco (hammam) Y piscina exterior con tumbonas en época estival. En el Chill-Out, encontramos una zona con sofá y mesa de billar, así como algunos juegos para niños, y también un patio interior donde poder sentarse tranquilamente. El desayuno es variado y abundante. El restaurante, de calidad, pero algo caro (1 cerveza 8€ aprox).

Wow find it hard to believe this is a 4 star hotel. To start check in took 40 mins plus as any bookings made online does not sync with thier system. So all done manually. Only 1 member of staff on...
