Bom hotel, mas os quartos deixam a desejar para o padrão Novotel. Vitacura é um ótimo bairro. O hotel fica próximo ao parque bicentenário e o shopping Arauco. Varios bons restaurantes próximos ao hotel. O bairro é muito bom, seguro e bem frequentado. É um bairro nobre de Santiago !!! O atendtimento do hotel é bom.

Lamentable !!!.. llegando a una habitación sucia , con olor terrible entre cigarro y polvo y con vidrios rotos en el baño!!. En el pasillo sobre una alfombra evidentemente que no ha sido aspirada hace rato , abundan bandejas de restos de comida del almuerzo (son las 16 hr). Me cambian de habitación , no es mucho mejor una decoración vieja, nadaaaa que ver con las fotos que muestran en su web o RRSS , las cortinas negras y mal olientes de polvo ... en los rincones sucio !!! Me llega el almuerzo, soy vegetariana y llega carne, por supuesto no puedes elegir que comer y menos te preguntan si tienes alguna restricción alimenticia... me cambian el menú al menos... usted no venga por el mismo dinero puede alojarse en lugares muuucho mejores, penoso retorno a Chile y aún me quedan 5 días de cuarentena en este lugar :(

El servicio y sus instalaciones son muy agradables, la habitación que tomé era de un estilo ejecutivo. No poseía piso calefaccionado. Todo muy limpio y confortable. A momentos se oía ruido desde las otras habitaciones, solo por eso dejo solo 3 estrellas.

Realmente que rico hotel! Amé que tenía el restaurante y la piscina solos para mi. Ropa service perfecto. La habitación muy buena y cómoda. El personal super amable y atentos.Me encantó. Y las medidas sanitarias super bien.

Péssima estadia. O ar condicionado não funciona. O banheiro deixa toda a água do chuveiro escapar para fora da área da banheira deixando todo o banheiro debaixo d'água. Além disso não há privacidade, pois há uma porta para o quarto só lado dentro do quarto alugado e é possível escutar tudo do outro lado. Péssimo!

Nos hospedamos neste hotel há 5 anos, gostamos tanto que resolvemos repetir a experiência. Tivemos a grata surpresa de ficarmos no 8 andar (mesmo andar em haviamos ficado) que está totalmente reformado. Os quartos estão com uma decoração moderna e muito agradável. Os revestimentos do banheiro foram trocados e ficou muito bom.Os atendentes são ótimos sempre disponíveis para esclarecer dúvidas. O restaurante do hotel também é muito bom.O café da manhã muito gostoso, bem variado e com ingredientes de qualidade. Recomendo comprar na reserva do hotel pois para comprar lá fica muito mais caro.

Renovations are going on, stayed for one night and paid much more than usual hoping for a somewhat luxury experience, was greeted at 9am by heavy masonry drilling so loud you could not hear someone speak in the room, reception said there is nothing they will or can do about it. The pool and breakfast were nice but this along with a complicated and obscure check in process ruined the experience, will avoid Novotel hotels in future, terrible value for money.

As others have commented, this is a dated hotel with a lobby facelift. Menu posted outside says breakfast is free but it's not. Water tastes weird. A/c in room and gym doesn't work. Sink clogs. Pool is only redeeming feature.

Excelente Muy ejecutivo. Habitaciones oscuras y silenciosas. Perfecto. Además una piscina genial. Lastimosamente el baño sauna no está incluido en la tarifa. Pero la atención genial. Room service genial. Volvería con gusto.

Nice, comfy,clean. Great breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. 15 minutes walk from Parque Arauco. It is from the same owners of the affordable Ibis chain, so it keeps some elements of it, but much better.

Judging by the lobby you would say it's a new hotel, the furnitures look new and in good conditions. The rooms are the opposite, everything looks very old, from the furnitures to the appliances, the walls and all. But it's confortable nonetheless. Gym and pool are very small. Breakfast is good, nice selection of fruits, breads, cereals, coffee and etc. Location is very good, nice neighborhood, lots of restaurants on walking distance, supermarket, parks, malls.
