“Terrible and old pillows, even switched off aircon was making loud ticking noise all night every 20 minutes. Old and very simple interior. Hotel needs renovation. Far from 4 stars and 138€ for the bad sleeping night.”

“We've been during our road trip through northern Italy for 2 nights at Novotel Genova City. My husband is working for the major company of Novotel in Germany so we expected a good standard but all our expectations were surpassed. The view over the newer harbour was awesome, the room beautiful, the prices moderate and the personal incredible nice. At the bar I ordered my favourite cocktail, which is not very common. The barkeeper googled for the recipe, and took the perfect one without any touching fears of the unknown. Very clean, rich buffet for breakfast and very close to public transport which is very affordable and for a few hours a day free of charge.
We would book every time again and like to thank for a wonderful time.
