“Excelente hotel tanto por su ubicación como por su servicio. El hotel es prácticamente nuevo y se aprecia en sus cómodas habitaciones. El desayuno, a pesar de la restricciones COVID en Italia, tiene variedad y calidad y es muy cómodo, ya que tiene una parte tipo buffet y otra asistida, que parece una pastelería. Agnese es encantadora, siempre pendiente del cliente. Volveremos seguro! Gracias!!!”

“We booked two rooms. In general NH Hotel Roma Centre is a nice hotel. Unfortunately there are quite a few negatives after a stay of 5 days.
Plus:
- modern look
- good breakfast
- nice location
- 1 of the 2 rooms was neat and modern
Negatives:
- shower in one of the bathrooms was not working properly
- almost all elevators did not work well or not at all
- room door was open after cleaning, so valuables were exposed
- one of the rooms was not clean on arrival
- 1 of the rooms still had to be cleaned 2 hours after check-in (after 3 hours)”
