Hotel de quatro estrelas num edifício dos anos 70 no parque empresarial de Viernheim. Os quartos são grandes e um pouco antigos. O café da manhã foi ótimo. Bom valor para o dinheiro!

Foi muito difícil reservar um quarto ligando para nh. Liguei para um hotel NH na Alemanha e fui encaminhado para um escritório na Espanha onde, apesar da língua alemã, o conhecimento era limitado. Como resultado, minha reserva de quarto levou mais de 30 minutos. Teria sido feito em três minutos através de um portal. Os quartos do hotel eram muito espaçosos.

Eu não gostei do hotel. Praticamente não há lobby no hotel, é escuro.. Não há tomadas perto das camas nos quartos. E se você desligar a luz do teto, toda a eletricidade é desligada no ao mesmo tempo, baixe a tampa. Parece ninharias, mas reduz o conforto do hotel. O café da manhã não era ruim, o hotel está localizado na área industrial.

Estivemos lá de sexta-feira, 5 a segunda-feira, dia 8 de novembro. No sábado de manhã avisamos que o serviço de refrigeração que eles oferecem no quarto não estava funcionando, sou diabética e tenho remédio que precisa ser refrigerado, me falaram que estão avisando os técnicos, e nesta segunda-feira vamos ficar sem Serviço. Nesse caso, acho o serviço ineficiente. Hábito 410.

Super simpática equipe. Muito bom pequeno-almoço de escolha. O quarto era limpo, assim como o banheiro. Eu amo voltar novamente e novamente. Estive aqui algumas vezes.

Nós reservamos 3 quartos por 1 noite. A proximidade com a rodovia é ótima. A recepção foi muito simpática e educada para nós. O hotel está envelhecendo de modo que você pode ver claramente e, infelizmente, causa uma impressão um pouco desagradável. Preço 70 por quarto está bem

Nós estivemos aqui uma noite em trânsito com nossos dois filhos. Nós tivemos uma ótima estadia Mesmo com uma chegada tardia, não foi um problema conseguir cobertores e travesseiros. O café da manhã era muito rico com muitas coisas diferentes deliciosas. O pessoal da recepção, bem como no café da manhã era muito amigável. A instalação é um pouco velha, mas ainda está bem conservada. Seria bom se o estacionamento para os hóspedes do hotel fosse incluído. Foi a nossa segunda estadia aqui e gostaríamos de escolher este hotel novamente e novamente quando estiver na área.

A nice hotel with generally good facilities and polite staff. I only gave it 3 stars based on my experience of how dirty the room was. The floor had clearly not been swept or moped for a long period. In addition, my duvet was dusty and had hairs on as did the pillow cases. Reception were quick to bring replacements but these were just as dirty. I ended up sleeping without the pillow or duvet. On the plus side the breakfast options were good. Would I stay again? No, based on hygiene.

The bar is dead at night and not much around to do/see. Reported the rats running about outside the hotel door which clearly isn't good!! I was on 4th floor, 2 night work trip so just wanted to leave as soon as I could. My room was clean (ish) the shower was poor ( the bath tap and shower had to run together as the diverter valve was broken) staff seem miserable. Maybe the management need to focus and sort things out as it could be a lovely hotel

Dated hotel, adequately furnished rooms, reasonably clean. The old carpeting all around the hotel was a tad dusty. Breakfast spread was adequately wide, and the food fresh. However, the reception was abysmal. Firstly, the reception did not answer telephone calls. Room service informed us that reception staff tend to be too busy to answer calls. Room service handled our request promptly. Secondly, we discovered a shirtless man wandering around the corridor one morning. We informed the lady at the reception of this, and she informed us that he had already gone into his room. This was difficult to believe since hardly ten seconds had passed between us seeing him on the first floor and us reporting the incident to the reception. The lackadaisical unconcerned response was thoroughly underwhelming. This property doesnot feel like an NH property, and gives the impression of a budget rural inn.

Clean and relatively big rooms. Hotel from outside looks very old but inside is OK. Very good value for money. Wifi ok. Difficult public transport to Mannheim, especially during weekends. Taxi drivers don't accept credit cards. Location next to the shopping mall. Rooms quiet.

Very elegant, hotel made for business trips. Amazing breakfast. One comment would be is that they only give warm sheets and it was a little hot in the room. For some reason the ac did not cool the room.

It was in a nice area, with many restaurants and things to do close by.You are also located by the tram station, which is very convenient.The hotel itself is dated... the rooms are pretty basic.I had 1 towel, 1 blanket, and had to ask for a tea kettle for coffee in the morning,as well as an ironing stuff, hair dryer didn't work..I felt like i was at the front desk a lot asking for basic amenities..the mattress is very hard so I asked for an additional blanket to put down to sleep on. They are were nice, and accommodated me, but you felt like you were high maintenance asking for everything..when it would not take much for this hotel to be rated higher. Breakfast was nice.. wifi was spotty at best..we attended a corporate workshop there.. and would definitely not recommend this place until they upgrade their system.

Difficult to give an objective judgment given that the structure was interested in heavy works from which, perhaps, the availability of hot water failed until almost 9 pm, from the bathroom drain...

Very helpful staff and rooms are very spacious and good. Breakfast spread was very good and specially various type of teas. Wi fi was available. Beds were comfortable. Location was quite and good...
