Clean, modern, unpretentious boutique hotel in the heart of Boston. Rooms were spotless, service was absolutely stellar, and the food was up to par. We had a breathtaking view and the staff was exceptionally wonderful, special shoutout to AGM (I think) Phil, he went above and beyond for us. For leisure travelers like us, the location of this property is perfect, and nearly all the core Boston experiences are within walking distance. The only reason for the one-star demerit is that on the morning of our arrival, I received a call saying that a previous group was going to extend their stay, and that they would to move me to the hotel a few doors down, the Omni Parker House for our first night, then switch us back our original room. They were very gracious, and took care of the booking for the other hotel, as well as gave us some quite valuable credit to our bill. However, I believe that if the previous guest wished to extend their stay, they should have been the ones to swtich hotels, since my booking had been in place. Aside from that, the Omni Parker House was quite a bad stay, and we couldn't wait to leave. I will give credit to Phil and everyone at Kimpton though for going above and beyond to make it up to us. Overall, we left extremely happy with our stay, even with the first-night inconveniences, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Overall it was an okay stay, and the location made up for some of the negatives, but I would have expected more out of a hotel that is almost $500 a night. My compliments to the website photographer, because the photos make the rooms like a lot nice than they actually are. The staff was friendly, and if this hotel had been a lot cheaper I would have added another star, but I can't justify it. The rooms are a Hampton Inn with modern decor at best and not worth the almost $500 a night price tag. The rooms were nicely decorated but looked a little beat up. I understand you can't repaint after every guest, but we had some issues with light fixtures coming out of the wall, outlets not working, and the bathroom... the bathroom was the worst. The bathrooms are nicely designed but due to a lack of ventilation are rusty and yellowing. The tub was rusty. The toiletries rack in the shower was rust. The shower curtain was pink from mildew. The faucet knobs were installed the wrong way. The water temp was impossible to regulate. The tub did not drain. The ceiling had rust spots and when you showered, condensation built up and caused rusty droplets of water to drip from the ceiling above the sink on to your head as you were getting ready. The room was really hot (I guess from heat rising from the restaurant and rooms below us) and the AC didn't work, but you couldn't open a window because it caused the heat to turn on. We asked the staff to send someone to fix it but no one ever arrived.

Worst Kimpton we have stayed at. Despite being a Diamond Ambassador, no upgrade no breakfast. A room close to the elevator. The single chair, a leather recliner is ripped up from a dog (not ours). The bathroom is nasty. It has a gross looking tub with a fabric shower curtain that can brush up against your legs. The floor needs to be mopped and it looks like there is snot on the wall decoration. Someone also drank half a bottle of water and put it back on the shelf, but there is no attention to detail here. I really regret staying here! The rudest manager ever! When I checked in, I explained that I am Diamond Ambassador. Because of no upgrades, I am entitled to 10,000 points. The front desk clerk said she would try to double it. They never awarded the points. When I checked out, I noted my bonus points were not awarded. Sean, the assistant manager was so rude. For the first time, he stated that they didn't participate. He would not award me any points. He said I would know that if I "was really Diamond." How rude! This is how you treat one of your best customers? Worst experience ever. Now, I am going to call my Diamond Elite Support line and have a little chat.....

Service at the hotel was generally fine. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and assisted with our questions. The hotel is centrally located and it is easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants...we really appreciated that. There's a fun bar right next door. The only sticking point for us was the cleanliness of the room. There was a dirty robe that 'likely' contained a prior guest's bodily fluids ... we didn't investigate the crusty material after it was discovered... and some ammentities in the room were lacking. Overall it was a good stay.

Great location to stay at as it’s closer to all the touristy spots in Boston. Check in is at 3pm & checkout is at noon. As of July, 2022 - no breakfast services. Just coffee from 7-10am in the morning and during evening there’s a wine hour from 5-6pm. The rooms are spacious, interesting decor with 90 theme. The room did have lot of dust when we checked in. Amenities includes bath towels, toiletries, bathrobes, hair dryer, iron box and safety case. However, it would be nice to have at-least a few water-bottles provided for each room, for free and not cost $8. Check-in& Check-out was easy. They do have a bike that one can rent out for free to explore Boston.

It was very dark and extremely Dirty they accept dogs I understand but they need to separate the rooms for guests with dogs and others who could be allergic. Also they don't disinfect or sanitize as they should.. house keeping was not very efficient, they don't clean the floor or the tube or even dust. A lot of maintenance issues with the rooms in addition to the hotel being busy all the time it was extremely hard to sleep or work or just relax it's very loud all the time the walls are not insulated. The front desk agents are extremely Rude. Except Jessi and Christian they were remarkable.Thebellman were extremely professional 👏 👌 .

Stayed last weekend, November 6. The location can't be beat, especially being so close to the common during the foliage. We were able to walk to Faneuil hall, North end, and back bay. The check-in was seamless and the staff at the front desk couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. I have to give a shout out to Liz at the front desk, I let her know we were celebrating a special occasion and she went out of her way to make our stay special. The rooms are modern, well appointed and comfortable. The dark woods and leather upholstery make the space feel refined yet homey. We never found ourselves waiting for an elevator or not being able to fall asleep from the noise outside like with other Boston hotels. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Boston, we will be staying every time we are in the city. Thanks again to Liz and the rest of the staff!

This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for years. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed. Great ambiance to the hotel and rooms, and the oversized rooms were very comfortable. Lower floors get some noise from the traffic, so it's definitely preferable to go to higher floors! A localização é imbatível e o hotel aceita cães, sem nenhum custo extra. Pudemos usar o parque do outro lado da rua e caminhar até o jogo do Boston Bruins. A conveniência nos faz voltar como hóspedes do Kimpton Nine Zero.O hotel precisava de uma atualização, já que móveis, carpetes e paredes pareciam que precisavam ser retocados ou substituídos pelo uso excessivo.

Saco misto interessante neste hotel, mas no geral bom. O quarto é muito bom. O serviço tem sido bom. Nós dirigimos e a entrada pelo carro é meio estranha pelo que é como um beco. Muito moderno. Por algum motivo, o serviço de limpeza só deixou uma toalha. Dois dias seguidos. Sem restaurante, lounge ou serviço de quarto. Não tenho certeza por que está tudo fechado. Suponho que o motivo oficial seja ambicioso, mas não entendo, já que há muitos lugares abertos por aqui. A velocidade do Wi-Fi é decepcionante - parece atingir um pico em torno de 10 Mbps no speedtest.net.

You can’t beat the location and the hotel is very dog friendly, at no extra charge.We were able to use the park across the street and walk to our Boston Bruins game. The convenience keeps us coming back as guests of the Kimpton Nine Zero.The hotel could use a refresh as furniture, carpet, and walls looked liked they needed to be touched up or replaced from overuse.

Interesting mixed bag at this hotel but overall nice.The room is very nice.Service has been good.We drove in, and entry via car is kind odd via what is like an alley. Pretty modern. For some reason maid service only left one wash cloth.Two days in a row. No restaurant, lounge, or room service.I’m not sure why it’s all closed.I assume the official reason is covid but I don’t understand that since there are plenty of open places around here. Wi-fi speed is disappointing – it seems to peak around 10 Mbps on speedtest.net.

The $55 valet lost my car and car keys and couldn’t find either of them. I had to personally wonder through the parking garage for 15 minutes to find my rental car. Turns out they left the windows down and the keys sitting on the dash all night. The hotel staff said they would talk to a manger about getting the charge removed. They didn’t remove the charge. After the charge hit my card, I called. I asked to get the charge removed and was told they would handle it. I still haven’t heard anything from them after a couple days and I haven’t seen a credit. On top of all that the hotel was totally overpriced for what the room was and the lack of amenities. I could have gotten a lot nicer place for the same price or cheaper in the same area. Do not recommend.

Nós se hospedaram no Nine Zero em Boston em setembro de 2021. Sou um fã do Kimpton e tento reservar um sempre que posso. Eles são divertidos e peculiares. Dito isto, não fiquei tão impressionado com esta localização do que em outros hotéis Kimpton. Nosso quarto tinha uma vista fabulosa da Mass State House e do Charles River. O quarto em si não era nada especial. A mobília estava amassada e arranhada e as paredes eram escuras e realmente mostravam o desgaste. Uma das minhas coisas favoritas sobre ficar em um Kimpton é a recepção do vinho. Descemos na hora marcada e não havia recepção. Sem vinho, sem lanches. Fui até a recepção e disseram que tínhamos que pedir vinho na recepção. Todos os convidados ficaram surpresos com esta configuração. Talvez tenha sido uma precaução Covid. Eu já fiquei em outros hotéis Kimpton desde o início da pandemia e não foi esse o caso, mas não é realmente um grande negócio. Parece que eles trouxeram seus cães e os deixaram no quarto por longos períodos de tempo e os cães provavelmente estavam entediados e ansiosos.Entre a tarifa e as taxas extras, não acho que foi o melhor valor. Além da localização (que é excelente), não era nada de especial.

We stayed at Nine Zero in Boston in September 2021. I am a Kimpton fan and try to book one whenever I can. They are fun and quirky. That being said I wasn't as impressed with this location than at other Kimpton hotels. Our room had a fabulous view of the Mass State House and the Charles River. The room itself was nothing special. The furniture was banged up and scratched and the walls were dark and really showed wear and tear. One of my favorite things about staying at a Kimpton is the wine reception. We headed downstairs at the appointed time and there was no reception. No wine, no snacks. I headed to the desk and was told we have to ask for wine at the reception desk. All the guests were surprised by this setup. Maybe it was a Covid precaution. I've stayed at other Kimpton hotels since the pandemic started and this wasn't the case, but not really that big of a deal. In the morning I ventured downstairs to the lobby to get coffee like I'm used to doing and there wasn't any. I found out on our last night that I could have asked for a coffee maker in our room. Too late at that point.The final thing that made our stay less than pleasant was the constant barking of the dogs in the room above us. I know that Kimpton hotels are pet friendly and we have 3 dogs ourselves. I don't blame the hotel, but it was frustrating to have to listen to them for hours. I did call down to the desk at 10 pm one night to ask them to talk to the guests. It seems they brought their dogs and left in them in the room for long periods of time and the dogs were probably bored and anxious.Between the rate and the extra fees, I don't feel like it was the best value. Other than the location (which is great) it was nothing special.

Kimpton, please stop the amenity fee charade. This particular property is not offering any amenity of value. Your gym is too small for a proper workout and you’re only offering coffee in the morning with a choice of cream packets and white sugar. I paid $20 for access to a local gym and $6 for a better coffee down the street. After 25 years of staying at Kimpton properties, I’ll likely not be staying at another Kimpton until you stop taking advantage of your paying guests or truly offer amenities of value.

Hotel situado en una buena zona en Boston, con un estilo artístico moderno muy chulo y enrollado. Las habitaciones son muy atractivas, practicas y cómodas y el personal en la línea usa. El hotel tiene buenas ofertas en determinadas épocas del año. Recomendable.

Es un hotel céntrico y muy acogedor. Vistas increíbles, a la ciudad y al parque. Incluía el desayuno, que en America, no todos los hoteles lo incluyen. La habitación era enorme y con todos los detalles necesarios, toallas, jabones, cremas, secador, Es tranquilo y los dependientes amables y atentos. Hablan español lo cual se agradece cuando tu idoma ingles no es el mejor. Repetiría, también porque la ciudad es increíble, me voy encantada de Boston.
