“Notice that our room had no way to close off the bedroom from the living room. I wanted to watch TV without disturbing my wife. Notice that maintenance is not making simple repairs. Take a look at the control panel in the elevators. Yes, we will be back to Hyatt.”

“The room was clean and the staff is friendly. We didn’t sleep more than 2 hours because of the partying going on outside the hotel. Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. All this stay was good for was a hot shower… can’t recommend staying here to anyone”
