Hotel is over priced with a horrible breakfast and food options.Also by the freeway so super noisy.Management was slow to respond and room was dirty.I also an Explorest and still wouldnt stay here.Try Home2 Suites in Roseville.Newer and much better run.

We came here for a wedding for my husband’s son. We booked a room for 2 nights for October 1st-3rd. Before we arrived we pre confirmed our reservations online through their email. We arrived and was asked for our credit card, I told them that we had already paid. I was told that our card was declined. So my husband provided our card again. I said that something wasn’t right because they had our credit card number this whole time. I was told by the receptionist that I could write a negative review on yelp. We were charged $408.22. We were bringing our suitcase up to our room and the staff asked me to stay, and I complied. I was told that our card was declined again. Another receptionist came over and said that the payment did go through. Later during our stay my husband checked our account, we had been charged another 408.22 for a total of 816.44 in pending charges. John the manager on our last day gave us 12 points so we can have a free night, and 3 juices. However the next day, our account over drafted! I called John and he said that it was the banks fault and he wants me to call him the next day so we can speak to the bank. I told him that we would not be using the free night he offered, because they will want us to use our credit card to secure it and they already proven that they can’t be trusted. So I am going to take the suggestion of the receptionist and make a yelp review. I was told that they would be retraining that employee. So the moral of our experience at the Hyatt Place in Roseville is this, every time we think back to my husband’s son wedding, which was beautiful. We will remember how we were treated by the staff and over drafting our account. Which we have never done before.

Ótimo hotel. Quartos muito limpos e agradáveis. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos do hotel. Bom pequeno-almoço continental incluído com a estadia (ovos, panquecas, salsichas incluídas). Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente.

Equipe extremamente amigável! Eu nunca fiquei em um Hyatt antes e até agora estou muito impressionado. Assim que entrei, a primeira coisa que cheirei foram biscoitos de chocolate recém-assados. Estou muito impressionado e provavelmente irei escolher o Hyatt no futuro.

Até agora nossos quartos são ótimos. Eles são bonitos, limpos, o pessoal é amigável e útil. O computador convidado e a impressora são muito convenientes. Estou satisfeito com o que estamos recebendo pelo preço e as crianças estão ansiosas para a piscina, enquanto eu pretendo usar a banheira de hidromassagem para minhas dores nos ossos.

Extremely friendly staff! I've never stayed at a Hyatt before and so far I'm very impressed. As soon as I walked in, the first thing I smelled was freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. I'm very impressed and will most likely choose Hyatt in the future.

So far our rooms are great. They are beautiful, clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The guest computer and printer are very convenient. I am satisfied with what we are getting for the price and the kids look forward to the pool while I plan to make use of the hot tub for my achy bones.

Excelente hotel. Os quartos eram maiores do que eu esperava, o processo de check-in foi super fácil e havia muito espaço de estacionamento perto da entrada. Nunca senti que tivesse que sair correndo do meu carro ou algo assim, porque a área era ótima.Wifi era rápido e a mesa do computador era confortável. Excellent Hotel. The rooms were bigger than I expected, the check in process was super easy, and there were plenty of parking close to the entrance. I never felt like I had to hurry up from my car or anything because the area was great. Wifi was fast, and the computer desk was comfortable. Great experience. Would absolutely stay here again.
