“I didn't expect to room with cockroaches. We killed one. The second one was too fast and ran to the bed area. We slept on the couch that night. We told the front desk lady. She told us she couldn't do anything because the manager wasn't there that night. We checked out the next morning. Our decision was proven wise after picking up a yogurt from their breakfast bar. It had a long strand of wet hair stuck to the bottom.”

“Originally we booked 2 nights at the hotel next door. Upon arrival, we realized how nasty the place was and found this Hyatt next door. We had no reservation, but the front desk person took the time to show us a room and its condition! We checked in and were able to stay 2 nights without incident. Hotel was clean and everything you expect a hotel to be! Location is great”
