“Truthfully I’ll give it a 1, first off the shades do not fully close. So at 6AM the sun is directly hitting my face , also the windows are bolted shut…The pool was dirty. No jacuzzi either. The shower head pressure was ridiculously low! Like my home shower is stronger than the hotels shower head. No microwave! How crazy For some odd reason the ac kept turning on & off while we were asleep. So annoying . But lastly the dirty sheets. I had to ask for fresh sheets & a new comforter. Overall Not pleased”

“The day manager and I decided to remove the fake cinnamon plants/decor from the lobby, when we decided to go rogue and remove it. Because not everyone likes cinnamon.Day 2 was too much. The rest of decor was nice. Not friendly for those that work overnights - had "maintenance" bang on my door at 9pm, just whenI was getting up for work. Free wake up call? No free breakfast. I can see route 495 from my house.”
