“Newly reopened (3 days). The management is stressed and is hard on the professional staff that are keeping things moving. The rooms are newly renovated, the beds are soft. The food was great, but expensive. On the second day we had to evacuate because of a false fire alarm. On the morning we departed, no hot water. Growing pains? The staff was amazing and eager. The management publicly mismanaged the staff, it was hard to watch and listen to it happen. German Standard..”

“Room small, poorly equipped. staff were helpful when asked but to be told every morning at breakfast we did not have it included became embarrassing in front of other guests. We had paid for breakfasts and when they asked the 1st day and they found out we had it should never have happened again. The breakfasts were OK and there was plenty of choice but food quite cold in "the not so hot plate"”
