“Todo este hotel é muito decepcionante. Percebi manchas de água no teto assim que entrei pela porta da frente. O quarto está desatualizado e também o assento do vaso sanitário estava wiggly e estava muito sujo que parecia que tinha sangue nele. Ninguém se importou quando toquei no assunto do assento do vaso sanitário. O barman foi muito rude, ouvi-a xingar da minha mesa de jantar. Sou membro do Hilton Honors e nunca vi um hotel como este. Eu realmente espero que o Hilton assuma e faça uma remodelação em todo o hotel e melhore o atendimento ao cliente para o padrão que deveria ser para o Hilton. Por ser um hotel tão caro na praia é extremamente decepcionante. Eu não voltarei a este hotel”
