“We left Monday. Contacted manager from airport bc we realized immediately we left items behind .. such as apple ear buds bathing suit toiletries etc. Tuesday contacted housekeeping left message. Contacted again tonight and they found nothing. It’s impossible. Rough stay there. Would not recommend. They didn’t even try and there is no doubt those items were left in bathroom ..”

“Es un hotel lindo de afuera y de adentro. Las camas estan tan ricas que si uno se acuesta por unos minutos se queda dormido. Los desayuno son tan rico q tuve q repitir 2 veces, ahorita estan renovando pero aun asi no le quito nada del hotel y los que trabajan alli son personas muy amables lo unico que toca de decirles es gracias por el servicio.”
