“What the staff could control they did right. Larry was personable and friendly during check in and check out with everyone. We had a problem with our door that the staff took care of immediately.
What they couldn't control: Greektown has gotten very rambunctious. People racing in the street at 2am; drunk people in the streets; other guests just being rude; police at every corner just a couple small blocks away because things get that rowdy.
For the hotel - they do a very good job making things as smooth as they can with the area they are in.”
