“Não houve ajuda da recepção ao querer usar nossos cartões-presente Hilton. Eu tinha ligado especificamente na noite anterior perguntando se eles os aceitavam e me disseram que eles fariam. Ela não ia fazer nada para ajudar e foi informada de que não havia gerente no local. Eu não recomendaria este lugar.”

“The room was ok space wise, the beds were not queens rather double or full mattresses on a queen frame. The heat in our room was not working well. The shower did not have hot water but that could have been because the hotel was full with several guests from the same event causing a drain on the water heater.
The breakfast was delicious, and the staff courteous. Their grab and go convince spot had good selections of snacks and food options. Overall a good place to rest before or after an airplane trip but not a preferable choice for a long term stay.”
