En agosto, pude comprobar como el Sous chef Angelo manipulaba la reposición de los donuts con las manos sin ningún tipo de utensilio, teniendo un problema de urticaria u alergia con los dedos pelados en carne viva.. Un asco!!

Atendimento fantástico. Apesar de ter chegado às 8 da manhã disponibilizaram imediatamente acesso ao pequeno almoço. Algo que nunca tinha acontecido. Hotel com quartos limpos e áreas de refeição também muito limpas e bonitas. O deck da piscina merecia uma melhor atenção por parte do hotel e o acesso à praia também. Comida boa.

O Melhor lugar para passar o fim de semana, a gerente da recepção Elisa é super simpática deixando sua estadía um luxo.O restaurante mediterráneo é o Melhor, Vou umas 3 vezes ao ano!

El trato del personal es muy bueno. En el restaurante, destaca Begoña por su profesionalidad. De las camareras de piso, Piedad ha sido muy educada, eficaz, limpia, cuidadosa y discreta.Las instalaciones están muy completas y limpias. La comida del buffet libre es de calidad y hay suficiente variedad.

Fab amenities, choice of great pools, food has been excellent, all with top class service from professional and polite staff. Rooms have been cleaned daily to the highest standard. I have stayed at all inclusive hotels before but this hotel actually has everything. Special mentions for Elisabeth and her delicious omelettes, the entertainment staff, Amy the fab dancer, so friendly, Demi for his warm sense of humour and information skills, Rory and his fab cocktails, Gabriel and his lovely personality and dance skills and lastly Nacho who made me laugh out loud but 100% effort for Halloween. The celebrations were amazing. Would definitely come again

Porque esperava encontrar um hotel 5 estrelas dadas por uma inspecção de hotelaria espanhola,pelos visto,isto terásidoum hotel ***** no seculo passado. O quarto pequeníssimo a casa de banho,nãocabem duas pessoas de estatura média. Nãotem uns chinelos descartaveis, um roupão.A roupa da cama era exigua, colocamos o ar condicionado o maximo, nada. Ligamosàrecepção,por tres vezes para nos trazeremroup,pareciam que estavam a gozar foi necessárioir diretamenteàrecepçãopara nos entregar dois cobertores amarrutados, nem sequer embalados estavam. A casa de banho nem sitio tem para colocar os estojosde viagem, tudo amontoado, nunca tal me tinha acontecido. Quantoao quarto que diz na oagin serem grandes e amos,um simes quarto com sofásde napa rotos, móveis todos esbotenados,paredes riscadas, sem conforto.O serviçodeixa muito a desejar em termos de desinfecçãoe ninguéma vigiar o espaço , existem montes de placares, onde avisa o uso de mascara obrigatório. Nada, ninguém. Na recepçãoa primeira que nos atendeu penso que alemão ,pela identificação,falava espaalemao, foi um desastre a explicar o funcionamentodas instalações.Atéafirmou que como tinhamos tudo incluido, teriamos direito àprimeira bebida a segunda a pagar, desorganizaçãototal. Nem percebemos metade, porque poderiamter falado ingles, espanhol, frances ou ingles que domino na perfeição. Fiquei tambéma saber que os restaurantesdentro do recinto, com excepçãoda entrada, teriam que ser reservados atéàs9.30 h fo dia. Chegamos às15 h locais jánãoexistiam lugares para o jantar, uma arrepiante e hodionda aventura, com uma imensa multidãode ingleses e alemaes alcoolizados,com centenas de criançasaos gritos, demasiado barulhento. Senti me roubada e enganada, ou os hotéisque já visitei de 5 estrelas eram um oasis, desde ilha canela, barcelona londres, paris, algarve, Marrocos,singapura, punta cana, veneza, e muitos mais, ou este que nãomerece mais de 3 estrelas. A nãodar a conhecer,muito menos a voltar. Profundamenteroubada

Cheap alcohol that was watered down. Poor food quality, not what you would expect for a 5 star hotel. Called reception 6 times to order room service, each time the call was disconnected. Poor standards Poor service. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel in ibiza I DO NOT recommend The Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa Hotel.

We had a wonderful holiday at Grand Palladium Palace Resort. The food was absolutely delicious and staff couldn't do enough to make our vacation perfect. The Al-a-Carte restaurants were booked in the morning for the same night and were faultless. The bars are stocked with drinks to suit everyone (there was a delicious slush machine too). The rooms are very spacious and our maid Isabel, was so friendly and our room was spotless. There are plenty sunloungers at the pool areas and the beach is absolutely beautiful. The resort had plenty sanitizers displayed and masks were worn throughout the resort.We will definitely return to stay here. This is a very high standard establishment.

El lugar encantador la comida excelente y la atención de los camareros y empleados genial, menos una mujer que en la sala del bufete principal parecía que a los españoles no le caíamos tan bien. Bueno por una sola persona no estropeó nuestras estupendas vacaciones. Felicidades a todos. El Restaurante la Dueña excelente servicio y amabilidad. Vamos todos los años a Ibizaa este Hotel no habíamos ido pero volveremos otra vez.

I spent 4 nights with my best friend in this hotel. And we loved everything about it, the food, the staff, the service, the rooms (especially the comfy bed), the pools, the nearby beach, the hygiene and also the animators. It was all in all amazing. Very friendly people there and just a beautiful hotel. Great Location and area. I would go there again and also recommend it to my family and friends. Xoxo Janice

Hotel "all inclusive" , com otimas infraestruturas. Quartos muito bons e com bom espaço para arrumações, vista lateral para piscina, praia e aeroporto (se optar pelos quartos virados para as traseiras, que custam menos €100 por noite). A comida npo buffet é bastante variada, as saladas são top !!! e de excellente qualidade !!! Os restaurantes temáticosservem boa comida,, mas é um desespero conseguir reserva. O PORTOFINO é bom se se quiser almoçar á saida da praia, mas tem menos variedade em relação ao rest principal. Os professores de aquagym são muito bons e divertios. Mas não animação, creio que devido à pandemia. Os espetaculos noturnos deixam muito a desejar... mas pelos menos aqui os artistas trabalham. O pessoal da receção e da guest relations são TOP !!! De taxi, são 10 min até ao centro de IBIZA e o valor é de cerca €16.

Children's pool was not heated. That might not be the end of the world but there were safety hazards in it. A big screw on the slide stairs was coming loose and protruding outside. We informed the maintenance but ....nothing happened. Not even 1 h later...nobody came to fix it. Overall, the resort is definitely 5 stars. Maybe 3 but for that it is too expensive. Disappointing.

I usually avoid posting negative reviews but now I simply believe it is good for future clients to know this. The hotel is definitely NOT 5 stars, it is falling apart and on top of everything, when we decided to leave since we were not happy with the services, the hotel refused to reimburse us for the days not stayed in the hotel. We are talking about over 3000 Euro that the hotel does not want to refund and they charged the whole amount upfront (that was suspicious to begin with). Regarding the hotel look at the photos and judge for yourself. ... Dear Eva R, on Booking.com I made a reservation for Palladium White Sands. Palladium Palace changed our reservation through a message on Booking.com and the only option we were given is simply cancel the reservation. Booking.com did not change our reservation, Palladium did. We decided to leave simply because the conditions were unacceptable for what we booked and paid for. There were also many safety issues on the hotel grounds and we could not risk out childrens' safety. While in the hotel, I called the reception the day before we left and told them we are leaving. The day we left, nobody at reception knew that we are leaving. You better check your communication protocols within the company. Obviously they do not work very good.

We had an absolutelly great time here! It's really luxurious, beautiful surroundings, everything is clean, the staff is extremely friendly. I can recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a wonderful sun holiday with the family. Best resort ever!

Went there on July 2020 and paid over 2000€ with just two people for 5!!!! days. definitely not worth a 5 star hotel rating. In Germany you would rate this as 2-3 Stars. Rooms are very old and the beds terrible. Bathroom with old shower. The cleaning was okay. The Area is good, the pools are okay and a nice beach. The Staff was not very motivated. We only got 1,2 liter water (2 Bottles each Person - One Bottle is 300 ml) per day on the room with 2 people!!!! If we would like to have more water, we need to pay ! Just terrible in a 30°C area. Not recommendable

Generally ok. Clean rooms although several people had issues on day 1 with many rooms having a smell that you really wouldn't get used to. We moved rooms and that solved that problem. Several others were not so lucky. It's an all inclusive hotel so food and drink all provided. Foods is of a great selection and good quality. Specialty restaurants are nice but service is painfully slow. Don't go hungry! Can take over 2hrs with long breaks between courses. Sorting out meal the lights went out. Whilst they've moved another table outside where they could see what they were eating we got left along with another group to soldier on in the dark. I'd probably stay again if there were no other options but it wouldn't be first choice. If you want a sunbed you need to get up at 0630. This isn't policed and beds we saw were left unattended for 6hrs before the early riser came back to claim them. The hotel could do better.
