O armário mal abriu e era muito barato. Eu só acho que todo este lugar é muito caro.

Má higiene e mau serviço ao cliente. Quando chegamos, estávamos cansados ​​e logo adormecemos e no dia seguinte saímos cedo para passear. Quando voltamos, notamos que 3 dos 4 travesseiros tinham manchas que eram muito suspeitas de mofo (como mostrado nas fotos). E minha mãe até cheirou mofo no armário. Mas quem quer ficar no hotel depois dessa experiência ???

Poor hygiene and poor customer service. When we arrived, we were tired and fall asleep soon and the next day we went out early for sightseeing. When we came back, we noticed 3 of the 4 pillows have the stains that were very suspicious for mold (as shown in the pictures). And my mom even smelled mold in the closet. I called the front desk to change the pillows. When I talk to them the next morning and asked for explanation and apology for this. They initially said it was not mold but didn’t know what it was??? Till now, a week after we checked out, we have never been contacted by them for this. —— I think the mold is probably caused by the poor cleaning, and the rainy weather, and the room may be vacant for several days prior to our checking in. But who wants to stay in the hotel after this experience???

Friendly staff and quiet. However this place is over priced. I paid almost 170 for a one night stay . The hallways and elevator did not have ac which made my room so hot even with the small window ac. The bathroom had no ac and It was super hot. It was hard to sleep in heat. I had to get ready the next day for an interview and since the bathroom was a sauna I just got ready makeup wise in my car. The closet barely opened and was very cheap. I just think over all this place is way over priced.

Do check-in ao check-out todos que encontramos foi gentil e prestativo. Os jardins do estabelecimento eram bonitos e bem conservados. Muitas das plantações estavam em plena floração. Agradecemos o cuidado e o trabalho que isso exige. Olivia, Sara e Lisa (?) Na recepção foram úteis com artigos de toalete e toalhas limpas. Fomos informados no check-in de que o serviço de limpeza não estava realizando a limpeza diária do quarto, então sabíamos que precisaríamos acessar nossas próprias toalhas e amenidades de banho. Sempre apreciamos um aviso. Os cafés da manhã foram maravilhosos. Tivemos que fazer "Grab N Go" porque viajamos recentemente e um café da manhã quente e servido no nosso hotel era bem-vindo. Os atendentes do café da manhã foram os MELHORES que já encontramos. Agradável, bem humorado e eficiente é uma vantagem, mas o senso de humor é muito apreciado. Muito bem, Senhoras do Café da Manhã! Plus: Café disponível na recepção e no buffet. Tinha que ser servido para nós, mas, ei, era de graça. As áreas comuns eram limpas e polidas. A instalação estava cheia, mas não era barulhenta e não sentíamos como se houvesse muitas pessoas espremidas em um pequeno espaço. A sala estava muito silenciosa e nos perguntamos se o tratamento espesso, quase pipoca no teto ajudou a amortecer o som acima de nós. Seja qual for o caso, o nosso quarto estava silencioso. Água quente para a pia e chuveiro foi entregue quase imediatamente. PONTOS BÔNUS! Nós também gostamos muito da piscina limpa e banheira de hidromassagem quente e espumante. Fomos fãs do AirBNB por anos, mas com as taxas de limpeza que os AirBNBs têm cobrado e o buffet de café da manhã quente em nosso hotel, além de todas as personalidades graciosas, estamos felizes por termos escolhido um estabelecimento Marriott para nossa viagem. From checkin to checkout everyone we encountered was gracious and helpful. The grounds on the property were beautiful and well maintained. Quite a few of the plantings were in full bloom. We appreciate the care and work that takes. Olivia, Sara and Lisa (?) at the front desk were helpful with toiletries and fresh towels. We were informed upon checkin that housekeeping was not performing daily room cleaning so we knew we’d need to access ourown towels and toiletries. We always appreciate a heads up. The breakfasts were wonderful. We’ve been having to do “Grab N Go” as we’ve travelled lately and a hot, sit down breakfast at our hotel was welcome. The breakfast attendants were THE BEST we’ve ever encountered. Pleasant, good humored and efficient is a plus but a sense of humor is really appreciated. Way to go, Breakfast Ladies! Plus: Coffee was available at the front desk and at the buffet. It had to be served to us but, hey, it was free. Common areas were clean and polished. The facility was full but wasn’t noisy and we didn’t feel as if there were too many people squeezed into a small space. The room was very quiet and we wonder if the thick, near-popcorn treatment on the ceiling helped buffer sound above us. Whatever the case, it was quiet in our room. Hot water to sink and shower was delivered almost immediately. BONUS POINTS! We also enjoyed the very clean pool and warm bubbly hot tub. We had been AirBNB fans for years but with cleaning fees AirBNBs have been charging and the hot breakfast buffet at our hotel plus all the gracious personalities, we’re glad we chose a Marriott property for our trip. Um pequeno hotel agradável. Nossa estadia foi ótima por uma noite, no entanto, notei algumas coisas. O primeiro é o teto de pipoca. Se você não sabia, eles podem liberar gases tóxicos e causar efeitos a longo prazo. A outra coisa que notei é que o botão guia no controle remoto não funciona. Eu dormiria aqui novamente em uma viagem.

A nice small hotel. Our stay was great for a night however I did notice a few things. The first is popcorn ceilings. If you didn’t know they can release toxic gasses and cause long term affects. The other thing I noticed is the guide button on the remote doesn’t work. I would sleep here again on a road trip.

Nossa estadia aqui foi excelente. Check-in fácil, quartos limpos e funcionários muito simpáticos. Havia muito espaço de estacionamento e área parecia segura. Estávamos perto de muitos restaurantes e havia uma mercearia nas proximidades.

Our stay here was excellent. Easy check in, clean rooms and very friendly staff. There was plenty of parking and area seemed secure. We were close to many restaurants and had a grocery store nearby.

This hotel was one of those rare places that didn't let covid-19 regulations take away from having amazing customer service. I loved being able to check-in early without much notice. My suite was clean and stayed a comfortable temp. Breakfast was actually a hot fresh meal not just pre-packaged garbage. When I asked for towels someone brought some to me instead of having to go down to the desk. Only 2 issues was only 1 out of 2 dryers worked & the internet didn't work well. Will definitely stay again!

Toilet didn't flush. Easy fix though. Shower diverter only halfway worked. Half of the water came out the shower head other half out of the tub faucet. Staff was nice though
