“Inacreditável que este hotel não alugaria um quarto para o meu filho de 19 anos. Liguei e tentei pagar um quarto para meu filho, que havia dirigido o dia todo e precisava parar e descansar. Fui informado pelo gerente de plantão que ela não alugaria para menores de 21 anos. Isso é inaceitável. Meu filho pode ir servir no exército e proteger nosso grande país, mas alguns hotéis não alugam um quarto para eles. Nunca mais vou ficar na rede de hotéis e tenho certeza de que meu filho e suas famílias também não.”
