“Nos sorprendió para bien. Hotel muy céntrico pero en una calle más tranquila. La habitación grande y muy nueva, con decoración de lugares bonitos de Madrid. La cama extragrande y muy cómoda y la atención en recepción y el desayuno muy bien. Tuvieron unos detalles por ser una fecha especial q celebrabamos. Sin duda volveremos.”

“very unprofessional they close the hotel but still take reservations and they want to transfer it to the other side of town. don't book with Eurostar. you get stuck finding a different hotel at last minute.”
