Esta propriedade está desgastada e eu a consideraria insegura. A propriedade está localizada em um local movimentado, mas a porta dos fundos do hotel do estacionamento traseiro iluminado não trava, apesar de haver um teclado como se fosse capaz de travar. As áreas de estacionamento são escuras e pouco iluminadas. O hotel, no geral, não é limpo e não causa uma boa impressão. Até o carpete dos elevadores está surrado. O quarto de hóspedes estava abaixo da média, no entanto, a equipe de arrumação fez o melhor que pôde com o que havia. Embora não houvesse envelopes no quarto de hóspedes, dobrei um pedaço de papel e deixei uma gorjeta. Havia uma alavanca de vaso sanitário rachada, as toalhas eram como lixa, a temperatura da água no chuveiro mal estava quente e a pressão da água no chuveiro era insuficiente. A parte mais decepcionante da estadia foi a resposta medíocre da equipe da recepção/gerência quando relatei sobre a porta destrancada para o estacionamento traseiro. Ninguém se importou o suficiente para me fazer pensar que minha preocupação seria levada a sério. Se eu tivesse notado a incapacidade de trancar a porta dos fundos no primeiro dia, teria insistido para que a reserva fosse remarcada em outra propriedade.

This property is worn down and I would consider it to be unsafe. The property is located in a busy location, yet the back door to the hotel from the rear parking lit does not lock despite there being a keypad as if it should be able to lock. The parking areas are dark and not well lit. The hotel, overall, is not clean, and does not make a good impression. Even the carpet in the elevators is threadbare. The guest room was below average, nonetheless, the housekeeping staff did their best with what there was. Although there were no envelopes in the guest room, I folded a piece of paper and left a tip. There was a cracked toilet lever, the towels were like sandpaper, the water temperature in the shower was barely hot, and the water pressure in the shower was insufficient. The most disappointing part of the stay was the lackluster response from the front desk staff/management when I reported about the unlocked door to the back parking lot. No one cared enough to make me think that my concern would be taken seriously. If I had noticed the inability to lock the back door on the first day, I would have insisted that the reservation be rebooked at another property.

Este é um dos melhores pátios que já fiquei. A mulher com o cabelo preto encaracolado na recepção foi amigável e acolhedora. Esqueci uma escova de dentes e ela me deu uma. Isso foi um salva-vidas. O quarto tinha um odor fraco, mas não era tão ruim quanto outros hotéis em que fiquei. Eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Quarto era muito limpo, confortável. Cama também era confortável. Adorei ter o pequeno frigorífico. Teria sido bom encontrar um microondas, mas eu não precisava para esta estadia. Embora o hotel esteja em uma estrada principal com muito tráfego, raramente o ouvi. Eu gostava de ter a cadeira extra que era mais confortável. A equipe de check-in foi muito agradável e útil. A única reclamação foi que não havia serviço de limpeza em uma estadia de 2 noites. Desde que eu não voltei ao hotel até tarde, eu não sabia. Não é um grande negócio para mim, mas surpreso que não aconteceu e não foi avisado com antecedência. Outros que conheço também ficaram para o mesmo evento familiar mencionaram o mesmo problema. Assim, o pessoal parece ainda ser um problema.

Decent rooms, but could not believe that in the entire hotel, there was one microwave, and it was by the front desk.I thought every hotel has one in each room nowadays.

This is one of the better Courtyards I've stayed at. The woman with the black curly hair at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. I forgot a toothbrush and she gave me one. That was a lifesaver. The room had a faint odor but it wasn't as bad as other hotels I've stayed at. I'd stay here again.

Room was very clean, comfortable. Bed was also comfortable. Loved having the small refrigerator. Would've been nice to find a microwave but I didn't need it for this stay. Even though hotel is on a main road with a lot of traffic, I rarely heard it. I liked having the extra chair that was more comfortable. Check in staff was very nice & helpful. The only complaint was there was no maid service on a 2 night stay. Since I didn't get back to the hotel until late, I didn't know. Not a huge deal for me but surprised it didn't happen & wasn't advised ahead of time. Others I know also stayed for the same family event mentioned the same issue. So staffing seems to still be a problem.

Este pátio poderia fazer algumas reformas nos quartos. A recepcionista agiu como se tivesse lugares melhores para estar. Bar não estava aberto durante a minha estadia. Fitness center foi um pouco negligenciado (sem lenços, tapetes estavam sujos).Dica: Se você estiver visitando pela primeira vez e a navegação estiver se aproximando do lado oposto da rua, tome cuidado. A entrada do estacionamento traseiro é obscurecida, então você pode facilmente acabar no estacionamento adjacente de uma instalação de armazenamento. Se você perder completamente a curva à esquerda para o estacionamento dos fundos, será pressionado a escolher entre fazer uma inversão de marcha ilegal para chegar ao estacionamento da frente ou ultrapassar o hotel por 800 metros. Boa sorte.

This Courtyard could do with some renovations in the rooms. Front desk clerk acted like she had better places to be. Bar was not open during my stay. Fitness center was a bit neglected (no wipes, mats were dirty). Tip: If you're visiting for the first time and navigation has you approaching on the opposite side of the street, be careful. The back lot entry is obscured, so you can easily end up in the adjacent parking lot of a storage facility. If you miss the left turn into the back lot altogether, you'll be pressed to choose between making an illegal U-turn to get to the front lot, or overshooting the hotel by half a mile. Good luck.

Shame that Marriott allows such low standard. I am a Marriott loyalist and have never ever seen a courtyard in such poor condition. Filthy, smelly, dirty bathtub disgusting smell in the room of some bug repelling chemical, dirty carpets, poor lights in the bathroom, I can’t believe this is a Cortyard. Till this day I have sworn by Marriotts but this is a sad day indeed. Staff is useless l, food options after 7 pm terrible and facility is super old and horrible all around. Dirty elevator. Yuck. Will not be coming back here. Please, Marriott management, don’t lower your standards.

Nesta viagem, fiquei em meia dúzia de outros hotéis, todos com custo menor que este lugar, e cada um deles conseguiu fazer a limpeza diária. Se eles não fornecerem nem mesmo um nível de serviço do Motel 6, isso precisa ser claramente indicado em texto vermelho em negrito antes de reservar o quarto. Se você quiser gastar mais de US $ 200 por noite para voltar a um quarto sem toalhas e uma lata de lixo cheia todas as noites, isso é para você. Caso contrário, fique em outro lugar.

DO NOT STAY HERE. They refuse to provide housekeeping services daily even when asked, and are hiding behind a false pretext of "COVID." On this trip I have stayed in a half dozen other hotels, all of which cost less than this place, and every one of them managed to do daily housekeeping. If they are not going to provide even a Motel 6 level of service it needs to be clearly stated in bold red text before you book the room. If you want to spend $200+ a night to come back to a room with no towels and a full garbage can every night then this is for you. Otherwise stay elsewhere.
