“The entire resort and the staff made us feel like royalty. We loved that they had separated pools for adults only and kids only. The spa felt like a dream. Would highly recommend the Fussion massage. The food was spectacular with different cuisines at every restaurant the resort has. Ultimately, it was the staff that made our stay amazing. Israel, is a manager of the restaurants and He was very accommodating, making sure we were taken care of. And if He saw us outside of the restaurants, He would still come up to us and make sure if we needed anything. FIVE STARS.”

“This was my first time at Secrets. I’ve had great service at other hotels and resorts before, but the service I got at Secrets was next level. Every single person I interacted with that worked at the hotel was very friendly and as accommodating as could be. I would specifically like to shout out Alejandro, who was our server at the pool, for really going the extra mile during our 5 days at Secrets. When he found out it was my girlfriend’s birthday, he surprised her the next day with a bottle of champagne and flowers and that really made the trip for her. He was awesome and really fun to interact with our entire time there and him as well as all of the other staff members is why we’ll be booking another trip in the future.”
