“I chose this hotel for two main reasons. First and foremost it advertised it comfortably sleeps six people. That is a lie. The sofa sleeper was broken. Even if you wanted to lay on it, you couldn’t. It is a liability. We asked the front desk for Help and she told us all the rooms Have the same Problem. If you were to just lay on the couch, the cushions don’t cover the gaping holes from the broken frame. I looked at reviews last night and this problem has been known to the hotel for over a year. The toilet almost over flows when flushed, rust in the shower, and the breakfast is a joke. By continental breakfast they mean a brown paper bag with a bruised apple, a warm water bottle and a granola bar.”
