“1 noite durante as férias de outono de 2021. Reservado via booking.com e informamos que chegaríamos a. 15,00 O quarto não estava pronto e nos disseram para esperar 1 hora. Quando voltamos ainda não estava pronto e tivemos que esperar até as 18h. 18,20 antes de estar pronto. Com crianças cansadas, esta foi uma experiência muito ruim e um serviço ruim. Não conseguimos outro quarto, nem compensação. Quando realmente fomos até eles, a única coisa que puderam nos dar foram 2 colas, embora fôssemos 4 na sala. Imagine que você não tem uma estratégia de como tratar e / ou compensar hóspedes que precisam esperar MUITO por um quarto. É um serviço muito ruim e só posso dar uma má menção do hotel e dos funcionários.”
