Este hotel não foi Horrível mas não foi nice ou confortáveis por qualquer meio. O quarto tinha um cheiro estranho e a banheira ficava cheia toda vez que você tomava banho e a pia também. A banheira tinha essas manchas repugnantes do lado de fora e a cabeça do chuveiro atirava a água em todos os lugares. Nós os chamamos para consertar a banheira, mas nada. Você poderia dizer várias das partes da sala não seria varrido com freqüência e os móveis estavam caindo aos pedaços. A geladeira também não funcionava. Este hotel precisa de uma renovação completa séria. A única coisa boa deste hotel é a localização, porque é perto do centro da Disney e Disneyland mas diferente do que não vale a pena. Gostaríamos de ligar para a recepção para fazer uma pergunta e nós seria colocado em espera por 10 minutos ou mais. Nunca ficar aqui novamente eu prefiro procurar um hotel um pouco mais longe e dirigir para o parque.

Não recomendo este hotel. Na primeira noite, o quarto cheirava tão mal a urina que eu mal conseguia dormir. Eu pedi uma limpeza profunda enquanto na Disneylândia. Mesmo depois de "limpeza profunda", ainda cheirava. Eu pedi para ser movido. Eles eram bons sobre isso, mas nunca se desculparam. Estávamos viajando com 3 crianças jovens e foi muito trabalho para cima e mudar de quarto. A manutenção é uma grande questão aqui. Seguro não estava funcionando, fichas no quarto não funciona, um plug de trabalho para carregar telefones após um dia atarefado no Parque, fios saindo do plug no quarto de crianças, a televisão teve que ser atendido para obter canais enquanto lá. Eu poderia ter perdoado muito, mas eles simplesmente não pareciam se importar. Eles nos deram vouchers de café da manhã mas quando você está apressando fora a parques temáticos, você realmente não quer uma refeição de se sentar. Vinho não foi muito bom no restaurante. A primeira coisa garçonete disse-me quando nos reunimos foi "Você só perdeu happy hour" eu disse sim, porque estávamos mudando quartos por causa de um cheiro muito ruim. Não houve "posso dar-lhe um copo no happy hour preço" ou qualquer coisa.

Limpo, confortável e os funcionários foram prestativos. Lindos banhos enormes! O café da manhã foi OK, mas você sabe - é apenas o café-da-manhã. Piscina e banheira de hidromassagem parecia estar funcionando. Café decente nos quartos. Bom valor!

o quarto foi excelente, mas as camas um pouco hard e travesseiros. Nós hospedado em um quarto para deficiente e o quarto foi excelente na área espaçosa. Minha cadeira de rodas podia ir a qualquer lugar e o banheiro era totalmente acessível para a minha cadeira. A equipe da recepção, onde muito útil em obter-me uma scooter para o dia a um preço muito razoável. Uma ótima estadia e excelente serviço.

Fiquei aqui na semana passada e não poderia estar mais feliz. Eu tinha que mandar uma caixa dos meus livros para a convenção em que estava fazendo uma assinatura, e eles cuidaram do pacote, até mesmo levaram para o meu quarto para mim. O quarto em si era mais antigo mas muito limpo e muito agradável, e eu amei os pisos de madeira. A única queixa que eu tinha era o banheiro não flush muito bem, mas isso é uma coisa menor. Eu me senti muito seguro aqui, ea equipe foi tão gentil e prestativa todos os dias. Na manhã em que saí, eu estava lutando para levar as duas malas para o saguão e um funcionário passou com uma xícara de café e pousou o copo para ajudar a levar uma das minhas malas para a frente, para garantir que tudo estivesse bem guardado. seguro. O quarto está limpo. A equipe da recepção é muito simpática e check-in é rápido. A localização é maravilhosa, na parte de trás do parque. Agora para o não tão grande: Havia mosquitos por todo o quarto por causa de latas de lixo perto das entradas do quarto. Eles devem estar usando latas de lixo cobertas ou omiti-las inteiramente. As unidades de corrente alternada são antigas e o ar frio não circula bem na sala. Não há um respiradouro no banheiro, então todo o ar quente e úmido dos chuveiros contribuirá para o problema. Esteja preparado para ter 2-3 horas quando você simplesmente não pode estar no quarto depois de um banho porque é muito abafado. As janelas não têm filme de privacidade, apenas as opções são fechar as portas ou fazer com que todas as pessoas que passam podem olhar diretamente para a sala. A cama é esponjosa, literalmente quase caiu quando tentamos sentar em um canto para tirar os sapatos. O quarto foi impecáveis e a localização foi great. No entanto, o quarto não era o que eu esperava. Pequeno, e não tão bonito quanto nas fotos. As imagens dos quartos tinham pisos de madeira e espaços abertos maiores que o nosso quarto não. Na chegada ao nosso quarto a chave não funcionou, então eu tive que voltar para a recepção para obter uma nova chave. Algo sobre estar ao lado de um telefone ou cartão de crédito afetou a tira magnética. Eu nunca tive esse problema em qualquer outro hotel, então não tenho certeza que o negócio é lá. Foi horrível. Os pisos estavam tão sujos que deixavam minhas novas meias brancas pretas no fundo. Nós matamos pelo menos 8 insetos, tão grosseiros. Além disso, a banheira cheia de água durante o banho. Claramente eles precisavam limpar os drenos, algum tipo de backup. Além disso, quando eles verificado nos disseram que reservamos 2 camas de casal, mas eu tinha a impressão que diz que reservamos 2 camas queen size. O ar condicionado do quarto estava em uma extremidade perto do solo e não arrefecer uniformemente. Por último mas não menos importante, o quarto parecia nada com a imagem que afirma que ele tinha o alojamento que escolhemos. Muito decepcionado, e altamente abarrotado. Nós nunca iremos ficar aqui novamente.

Stayed at The Westin Anaheim Resort which is right across the street from California Adventure and a short 15 minute walk from Downtown Disney. Room was fantastic, clean, and came with a plethora of complimentary items. Staff was incredibly friendly, even brought a microwave up to the room for us and water bottles too. Has a rooftop lounge, really nice pool and spa area, gym, and has a couple great food places (Flemings, Puesto) and a nice coffee shop! Would recommend this resort to anyone looking to stay by Disney or in the Anaheim area.

O hotel é muito bonito. A decoração e o ambiente são requintados. A equipe é muito atenciosa e profissional. A área da piscina estava ok. Mas, a cama ... a cama e travesseiro mais confortável que eu dormi em um tempo! Há anos que procuro um bom travesseiro e agora encontrei. Vou encomendar um no site deles. A uma curta distância conveniente para a Disneyland. O restaurante é muito bom. No entanto, a comida e as bebidas no restaurante da cobertura não estão à altura. Foi diferente, mas não no bom sentido e foi muito caro. A limpeza do quarto foi mediana. Pode melhorar. Eu também fui cobrado/faturado duas vezes pelo estacionamento com manobrista, mas o problema foi resolvido quando liguei. Apesar dos contras, adorei o hotel e principalmente a cama e voltarei :).

Nós absolutamente amamos a nossa estadia aqui! O quarto era lindo e espaçoso. O banheiro era bom e limpo. Temos uma varanda de bônus que era enorme. Mais importante ainda, o restaurante/lounge da cobertura foi o melhor absoluto. Você também pode caminhar até os parques e evitar o estacionamento pago. Eu recomendo ficar aqui!

May be the best overall hotel in orange county. If you are not here to visit Disneyland then you may not like how busy this place is with families wearing mouse ears. Three restaurants on site. A bar in the lobby. Rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean.

The hotel is very beautiful. The decor and atmosphere are exquisite. The staff is very attentive and professional. The pool area was ok. But, the bed...the most comfortable bed and pillow I've slept in in a while! I've been looking for a good pillow for years and now I've found it. I will order one from their site. Convenient walking distance to Disneyland. The restaurant is really good. However, the food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant are not up to par. It was different, but not in a good way and it was overpriced. The cleaning of the room was average. It can improve. I was also double charged/billed for valet parking, but issue was resolved when I called. Despite the cons, I loved the hotel and mostly the bed and will be back :).

We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom was nice and clean. We got a bonus balcony that was huge. Most importantly their roof top restaurant/lounge was the absolute best .. you have the most perfect view of California Adventure land and you can also see the Disneyland fireworks. You can also walk to the parks and avoid paying parking. I highly recommend staying here!

O hotel foi excelente. Foi muito limpo, a equipe foi amigável, a entrada foi muito acolhedora com música de entrada agradável e decoração, os quartos tinham um aroma e aroma muito calmantes. The hotel was excellent.It was very clean, staff was friendly, the entry was very welcoming with pleasant entry music and decor, the rooms had a very calming scent and aroma.We ordered room service and the food was amazing.Location was also very key, within walking distance to Disneyland, surrounding shops, and restaurants nearby.The beds were very comfortable and only wish we could've packed them home with us.The only drawback, that otherwise would've made this a 5 star review, was a very very slow draining tub during out showers.Upon investigating, it looked to be a huge clog from clumps of hairs through previous guests.My suggestion would to add "check tub drains" during routine guest room changeover cleaning.Other than this, our stay was fantastic.

Bueno empiezo con decir que el hotel esta limpio, el personal muy servicial, amable. Cosas malas que veo el parking tiene un costo de 35 dlls por dia( que acaso estamos en las vegas). No todas las habitaciones dal a la parte enfrente del disney. Y lo unico que no me gusto del hotel es que si quieres ver los juegos artificiales en la asotea del hotel el cual es un bar. Tienes que hacer reservacion. En ese aspecto no family friendly. En general el hotel super bien ubicado moderno y limpio

Lindo hotel! As camas são tão confortáveis, melhor sono que tive em um hotel. Vou encomendar alguns de seus travesseiros porque eu os amei. Meus filhos adoraram a vista da Disney California Adventure do nosso quarto. Nós também apreciamos a nossa comida no Rooftop Bar. O cavalheiro tocando violão e cantando realmente criou o clima para umas férias relaxantes incríveis. Nosso servidor foi incrível! A única desvantagem foi a anfitriã do bar da cobertura, ela nos fez sentir indesejados, mas o resto da equipe e o show de fogos de artifício compensaram isso. ¡Hermoso hotel! Las camas son muy cómodas, el mejor sueño que he tenido en un hotel. Ordenaré algunas de sus almohadas porque me encantaron. A mis hijos les encantó la vista de Disney California Adventure desde nuestra habitación. También disfrutamos de nuestra comida en el Rooftop Bar. El caballero que toca la guitarra y canta realmente creó el ambiente para unas vacaciones relajantes increíbles. ¡Nuestro servidor fue increíble! El único inconveniente fue la anfitriona del bar de la azotea, nos hizo sentir incómodos, pero el resto del personal y el espectáculo de fuegos artificiales lo compensaron. My family and stayed at The Westin Anaheim for 4 nights! The staff was fantastic- everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bellhops and valets were attentive and professional.Perfect location to the parks and all of the Disneyland Resort activities. We included the breakfast buffet with our stay- I highly recommend. Fred was our server each morning and he was just wonderful. Remembered our drink orders and special table requests after the first morning.

Beautiful hotel! The beds are so comfortable, best sleep I've had at a hotel. I will be ordering some of your pillows because I loved them. My kids loved the view of Disney California Adventure from our room.We also enjoyed our food at the Rooftop Bar. The gentleman playing the guitar and singing really set the mood for an awesome relaxing vacation. Our server was amazing! The only downside was the Rooftop barhostess, she made us feel unwelcome, but the rest of the staff and the firework show compensated for that. We will definitely be back next time we visit the Disney Parks.

Eu estava participando de uma conferência de enfermagem na área e sou um fã leal do Marriott. O resort é lindo, perto da Disneyland, a equipe foi simpática e prestativa! Apesar de estar em uma rua importante da região, o hotel é super tranquilo e gostamos muito da nossa estadia. Minha única recomendação: as camas não são muito firmes para o meu gosto e os lençóis são muito engomados, tornando-os desconfortáveis às vezes, mas com certeza ficaríamos novamente!

I was attending a nursing conference in the area and am a loyal Marriott fan. The resort is beautiful, close to Disneyland, the staff was friendly and helpful! Despite being on a major street in the area, the hotel is super quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation: the beds arent are too firm for my liking and sheets are heavily starched, making them uncomfortable at times, but we would definitely stay again!

Ficamos no Westin e ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia. Este hotel é absolutamente lindo e a equipe foi tão acolhedora e prestativa. Os restaurantes da propriedade oferecem algumas opções maravilhosas de refeições e a distância até a DISNEYLAND ficava a apenas 10 a 15 minutos a pé entrando no Downtown Disney. Eu sou tudo sobre limpeza e este hotel superou minhas expectativas. Não apenas os jardins do hotel eram imaculados, mas meu quarto estava impecável no check-in e adorei como eles entraram em serviço durante a minha estadia, pois sei que alguns hotéis e resorts não oferecem serviço de limpeza devido à pandemia. Nos alojamos en el Westin y quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia. Este hotel es absolutamente hermoso y el personal fue muy servicial y servicial. We stayed at the Westin and we were very satisfied with our stay. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. The restaurants on property offer some wonderful dining selections and the distance to DISNEYLAND was only a 10-15 minute walk entering at Downtown Disney. I am all about cleanliness and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Not only were the hotel grounds immaculate but my room was spotless upon check-in and loved how they came in to service throughout my stay as I know some hotels and resorts are not offering housekeeping due to the pandemic. If and when I travel back to Anaheim I would definitely stay at the Westin again.

A partir de então, foi um dos melhores hotéis em que já nos hospedamos. Ótimo café da manhã, serviço rápido, lounge incrível na cobertura. Tudo com uma equipe maravilhosa e incrível que forneceu um serviço 5 estrelas. Vem com comodidades de última geração nos quartos, todos com iluminação touch screen e chuveiros com efeito de chuva. One of the best hotel experiences we have had. From the minute we walked in we had a friendly greeting from the front desk. From then on it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in.Great breakfast fast service awesome rooftop lounge.All with a wonderful and amazing staff that provided 5 star service.Comes with state of the art amenities in the rooms all touch screen lighting, rain shower baths.Close walk to the west gate of Disneyland. Highly recommended will definitely be going back soon.

Muy buen servicio, los cuartos fueron renovados y estan muy relajantes. Hay picina, desayuno, hay hasta una gift shop. El lugar es Perfecto para caminar. Disney Parks estan enfrente, el GardenWalk esta cerca y es muy bonito el lugar.

the room was excellent, but the beds somewhat hard and pillows flat. We stayed in a handicapped room and the room was excellent in the spacious area. My wheelchair could go everywhere and the bathroom fully accessible for my chair. Front desk personnel where very helpful in getting me a scooter for the day at a very reasonable price. A very good stay and excellent service.

It was horrible. The floors were so dirty it turned my new white socks black on the bottom. We killed at least 8 bugs, so gross. Also, the tub filled up with water during the shower. Clearly they needed to clean the drains, some kind of back up. Also, when they checked us in they said we booked 2 double beds, but I had the print out that says we booked 2 queens. The room air conditioner was on one end near the ground and didn't cool evenly. Last but not least, the room looked nothing like the picture it states mat he'd the accommodation we chose. Very disappointed, and highly grossed out. We will NEVER stay here again.

Stayed here last weekend and couldn't be happier. I had to have a box of my books shipped there for the convention I was doing a signing at, and they took care of the package, even took it to my room for me. There's always someone to open the front doors for you when you arrive or leave. The front desk is prompt with requests via phone from your room. The room itself was older but very clean and very nice, and I loved the wooden floors in it. The only complaint I had was the toilet wouldn't flush very well, but that is a minor thing. I felt very safe here, and the staff was so kind and helpful every single day. The morning I left I was struggling to get both bags to the lobby and an employee walked by with a cup of coffee and put down his cup to help carry one of my bags to the front for me, where they ensured everything was taped up and secure. In addition, the food at The Tangerine was fantastic every single time. I highly recommend this place!

The room was clean and the location was great. However the room wasn't what I expected. Small, and not as nice looking as in the pictures. The pictures of rooms had Wood floors and bigger open spaces which our room did not. Upon arrival at our room the key didn't work so I had to go back to the front desk to get a new key. Something about being next to a phone or credit card affected the magnetic strip. I've never had that problem at any other hotel so not sure what the deal is there. The bed was ok, definitely didn't seem like a pillow top though. We were also right next to the stairs so we heard everyone walking by at all hours of the night

Room is clean. Staff at front desk are very courteous and check in is quick. Location is wonderful, on the back side of the park. Now for the not so great: There were gnats all over the room because of garbage cans near the room entrances. They should be using covered garbage cans or omit them entirely. The AC units are old and cool air doesn't circulate the room well. There isn't a vent in the bathroom, so all the hot and humid air from showers will add to the problem. Be prepared to have 2-3 hours when you simply cannot be in the room after a shower because it's too muggy. Windows have no privacy film, only options are shutter them close or have every person passing by be able to look directly into the room. Bed is spongy, literally almost fell off when we tried to sit on a corner to take off shoes. Little to no support... for people who need harder mattresses, it's gonna be a rough night. Showers and sink are slow to drain, but that's expected for an older building.

Easy walk to Downtown Disney and the monorail. Been going to this hotel for a while. The staff is amazing and friendly, always helpful as well. Really great prices on rooms and if have annual pass get even more of a discount. Rooms are always clean, some of big rooms are amazing. Awesome hotel if going to Disneyland

Very well maintained, the ENTIRE staff was extremely courteous and seemed to know the area very well. It is close enough to walk to Disneyland and Down Town Disney but if you have toddler's and don't have a double stroller I suggest driving. A big thank you to the GM Mr. Fitzgerald for making our stay amazing.

Booked room well in advance and rates where reasonable. When we checked out and I questioned two nights rates at about $100 more than original quote. I was informed that these where high demand nights and it was an adjustable rate. The hotel was basically empty on these Monday and Tuesday nights. Then parking is added to a already high rate. Room was falling apart. Shelf in double room was falling off wall. Couch was filthy and stained. The shower curtain rod was falling off of walls and in room fridge didn't cool very well. When I questioned rate receptionist was rude and short with me.

Do not recommend this hotel. The first night, the room smelled so badly of urine I could hardly sleep. I asked for a deep clean while at Disneyland. Even after "deep clean", it still smelled. I asked to be moved. They were nice about it but never apologized. We were traveling with 3 young kids and it was a lot of work to up and change rooms. Maintenance is a BIG issue here. Safe was not working, plugs in room not working, one working plug to charge phones after busy day at Park, wires coming out of plug in kids room, television had to be serviced to get channels while there.I could have forgiven a lot but they just didn't seem to care. They gave us breakfast vouchers but when you're rushing off to theme parks, you don't really want a sit down meal. Wine was not very good at restaurant. The first thing waitress said to me when we sat down was "You JUST missed happy hour" I said yes, because we were changing rooms because of a very bad smell. There was no "can I give you a glass at happy hour price" or ANYTHING.

This hotel wasn't horrible but it wasn't nice or comfortable by any means. The room had a weird smell to it and the bathtub would get full every time you would shower and so would the sink. The tub had these disgusting stains on the outside of it and the shower head would shoot the water everywhere. We called them to fix the tub but nothing. You could tell several of the parts of the room wouldn't be swept often and the furniture was falling apart. The refrigerator didn't work either. This hotel needs a serious complete renovation. The only good thing of this hotel is the location because it's close to downtown Disney and Disneyland but other than that it's not worth it at all. We would call the front desk to ask a question and we would be put on hold for 10 minutes or more. Never staying here again I would rather look for a hotel a little further and drive to the park.

Great experience! I don't know what all the fuss is about with several of the past reviews. The staff was great, the room and restaurant were great. The only thing I might suggest is that someone could clean up after the people who eat pool side. No complaints overall. I would recommend this to anyone who does not being a little ways from the park.
