Localizado na Times Square com restaurantes e musicais da Broadway literalmente a alguns passos. Atendimento no checkin um pouco lento. Quartos grandes e camas super confortáveis. Tem um Starbucks no térreo.

Simplesmente o melhor hotel da cidade de Nova Iorque! Fica localizado na Time Square. O hotel é gigantesco. Possui lojas nos andares mais baixos e fica na frente da gigantesca loja Forever 21. O quarto em que fiquei dava de frente para os estúdios da ABC, do programa Good Morning American. Os elevadores do hotel são incríveis! Velocidade muito alta, chega os ouvidos a doer. O preço é um pouco mais caro, mas vale a pena!

Comemorei meu aniversário de 15 anos aí. A vista é maravilhosa,porém confesso que fiquei mais preocupada em comer do que aprecia-lá 😅 O brunch possui várias opções por um preço bom (69 dólares por pessoa,sem bebida e gorjeta inclusa). Se você for no brunch,você tem direito a duas mimosas,mas caso você seja menor de idade ou não beba bebidas alcoólicas,é só informar o garçom que ele irá trocar.

O hotel é bom, grande. Tem uma taxa obrigatória de 30 dólares pelo quarto (não por pessoa) e diário, que vc pode abater e ter acesso a internet. Lado ruim não tem frigobar e dificulta muito o café pois não temos onde conservar as coisas. O resto é bem localizado a principal referência.

This place is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down. We've stayed in a few other Marriott properties in NYC, trying to find the one we like best. We finally found it. The king bed room we booked was spacious and comfortable. We loved the M Club and enjoyed the breakfast there daily. The staff was so friendly and attentive. And you really can't beat the location if you're coming to the city.

Estuvimos alojados una semana por una convención de trabajo, más de 2000 personas y tanto el hotel como el servicio genial! Todo súper limpio, cuidado y no faltas a detalle. El bufet para desayunar un poco justo en cuanto a variedad ya que estuvimos los 7 días desayunando lo mismo pero por lo demás de 10. Súper recomendable y más por su ubicación , situado en el pleno corazón de times square

Estuve alojada en abril del 2022 y no creo que vuelva a hacerlo ni a recomendarlo. Me hicieron un cargo a la tarjeta de crédito sin mi consentimiento y ni siquiera me querian reconocer que fue un error de ellos. También fui a desayunar y nos atendió un mozo que estaba en entrenamiento, le pedimos 4 bebidas, se equivocó y encima nos volcó a mi marido y a mi un chocolate caliente encima que me arruino toda una campera. El manager vio todo y ni siquiera se acerco a pedir una disculpa ni a responsabilizarse por el empleado que obviamente no estaba en condiciones de atender al público. Me he alojado en otros hoteles Marriot y fueron excelentes. Este reitero, no lo recomiendo, muy mala atención de todo el personal.

We've stayed in a few other Marriott properties in NYC, trying to find the one we like best. We finally found it. The king bed room we booked was spacious and comfortable. We loved the M Club and enjoyed the breakfast there daily. The staff was so friendly and attentive. And you really can't beat the location if you're coming to the city.

The room was large, very clean and beautiful, and came with a small refrigerator. The view of the city and water was lovely, and visible from the king sized bed. Customer service was wonderful. There was no need to pay more to upgrade the view to the Times Square side, as the view of the city and water was more calming and lovely, both at night and during the day. The location was close (walking distance) to a lot of wonderful restaurants and shopping. 10 out of 10, Definitely recommend.

Stayed for four nights on business. Every employee I interacted with over the course of the week was exceptionally courteous (note that this is in NYC which is not always known for warmth 😉). The room was well equipped and very clean. The computerized elevator system is a fantastic piece of engineering. I love the elevator. Best elevator experience so far in all my travels. The gym is large, well maintained and clean. I would gladly come here again and hope I have a reason to in the future.

Lets talk about room...its facing the time square and we can see everything looking down to the street. Spacious for 4 person and has small ref. No microwave. Two queen bed and pull out bed. Breakfast is my favorite part. Lots of choices. Love the different kinds of bread. Place is very clean. Location is perfect if you want a place near the square and shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful. It was worth every dollar you pay. Will come back again.

Location, location, location. In the heart of Times Square. Expensive, and fewer upscale services than I would like. The rooms are simple. But it's a very nice hotel. Clean and beautiful. Close to the subway, and an easy walk to Broadway shows. 03/14/22 update: Can't argue with above but want to add that service has gone downhill. Downgraded from 4 stars to 3 stars.

Top of the line superior service. Mobile check-in was quick & fast. The best location right in the middle of Times Square. Only one block from where the ball drops for NYE. Walking distance to the Metro, amazing shopping and OMG right slap dead in the Theater District. Great restaurants in and around the hotel. Don't forget to check out THE VIEW restaurant at the Top of the Hotel. If there in the summer, check out the Broadway Terrace. It was an Amazing experience and the King Premier suite is huge & fabulous!!! I would definitely stay at this location again.

Excellent hotel located conveniently adjacent to Times Square. If you are seeing Broadway shows, you can't ask for a better location.Room was clean and serviceable, with great views (28th floor). Elevators were extremely efficient. Workout room was huge with lots of equipment.All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly.10/10 would recommend! Definitely have earned our repeat business.

GREAT location, right smack near Times Square in NY! Super convenience to a lot of places if you’re visiting New York and want to get the most out of your stay! The rooms are newly renovated. Their gym is one of the largest hotel gyms I have ever been to and those elevators are fun to be in (really fast and efficient!).
