Es un hotel que cierra toda la vía frente al Mall of Istanbul y paraliza el tráfico a pesar de que su construcción está terminada. Autoridades, por favor vea mi comentario. No puede suceder así, no tienes derecho a victimizar a los ciudadanos, soluciona cuanto antes este daño de tráfico que le has hecho al medio ambiente, despeja el camino.

É um hotel que fecha toda a rua em frente ao Mall of Istanbul e paralisa o trânsito, embora sua construção esteja concluída. Autoridades, por favor, vejam meu comentário. Não pode acontecer assim, você não tem o direito de vitimar os cidadãos, resolva esse estrago de trânsito que você fez ao meio ambiente o quanto antes, desobstrua o caminho.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Rezeption service war hervorragend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zimmer geräumig haben auf Anfrage auch andere Kissen erhalten. Lobby bar müsste mehr präsent sein, da hat man zu lange gewartet um was zu trinken. Im ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden am meisten mit der Rezeption die alles möglich gemacht haben bei Anfrage.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Rezeption service war hervorragend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zimmer geräumig haben auf Anfrage auch andere Kissen erhalten. Lobby bar müsste mehr präsent sein, da hat man zu lange gewartet um was zu trinken. Im ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden am meisten mit der Rezeption die alles möglich gemacht haben bei Anfrage.

Usei a academia do shopping de Istambul pela primeira vez e fiquei extremamente satisfeita. Como se não bastasse que o hotel seja muito bom, parabenizo-os por agregar valor com o centro de spa Navitaş. Você pode escolher com tranquilidade

Utilicé el gimnasio del centro comercial de Estambul por primera vez y quedé extremadamente satisfecho. Como si no fuera suficiente que el hotel sea muy bueno, los felicito por agregar valor con el centro de spa Navitaş. Puedes elegir con tranquilidad

Misafirlerim için konaklama yere bakıyordum internet üzerinden gördüm olumlu yorumlar beni mall Of İstanbul’a yönlendirdi bende bunun üzerine rezervasyon yaptırdım misafirlerim tepeden tırnağa çok güzel ilgilenildigini kendi ülkelerinde boyle bir otel konforu bulamadıklarını söyledi herkese çok teşekkür ediyorum

Hilton Mall of Istanbul es un hotel donde nos hospedamos permanentemente, estamos muy satisfechos con todos sus servicios, no hemos tenido ningún problema hasta ahora, desde la bienvenida hasta los servicios a la habitación, hay un perfecto y completo interés. Las habitaciones están extremadamente equipadas, la higiene es de alto nivel y el sabor de la comida es admirable. Se lo recomiendo de todo corazón a todos.

Just as any other Hilton hotels, reception was very helpful and kind and trying there best to communicate with customers. Rooms were clean and beautifully packed. Breakfast was also great with variety of options to choose from. The best thing about it is that has Mall of Istanbul beside it.

Al igual que en cualquier otro hotel Hilton, la recepción fue muy servicial y amable e hizo todo lo posible para comunicarse con los clientes. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y muy bien llenas. El desayuno también era genial, con variedad de opciones para elegir. Lo mejor de todo es que tiene el centro comercial Mall of Istanbul al lado.

It's highly convenient as it's next to mall of istanbul but some facilities here didn't work and were not fixed for us throughout our stay (Reading lights and the bathroom drainage). Still loved the hotel and will come back to it!

Its a vey bad hotel , not recommended anyone to stay here. Stuff are soo rude , i wonder how its a 5 star hotel with such room quality with no parking. You have to pay extra for hotel parking!!!!, main door broken , tiolet not working . Everything is just messy

Great decoration ..nice facilities Dont like the check in process because they leave me wait more than 20 min because the check in time time not enter ( 1:00 pm) ..also the view from back of hotel not good ..

Very nice staff and very good location near Mall of Istanbul shopping mall. However it’s far from the city center like taksim and Ortokoy. The room are clean, however the clean service is hard to get, the room can be left for days without cleaning. The breakfast below average and no much options with bad service. I would recommend the hotel if you want stay away from the city center and want the Furniture city Masko and shopping mall.

Let's agree about a critical point Hilton group is a well-known and one of the best hotel groups yet that doesn't mean that allbranches have the same quality level. I'll start with the negative points ; Location 2 out of 5 to reach the place you'll spend plenty of time because of the traffic which is one of the worst at Istanbul. I mean come on this will make you under pressure all time.In addition to that you won't have shopping or walking alternative but MOI you'll spend all day in that building which I personally dislike. Parking area almost there is no one. Vale the charge around 35tl for parking inside. Lobby and coffee they need rearrangement for the furniture and its colours I'd give this one 3/5 Room are ok I may give 4/5

I really like the hotel. Yes, traffic in front of it is quite bad, but it is at the entrance of the city and next to a mall. Full size fitness center and spa was nice surprise. Service is polite.
