Tirei duas estrelas porque, quando fizemos o check-in, o funcionário usou o número errado de dias para a chave, então, quando voltamos na segunda noite, nossa chave não abria a porta. Tive que voltar para baixo, esperar até que o funcionário da noite voltasse para onde reprogramar a chave.Eu adicionei um começo de volta por causa das pessoas. Um cavalheiro com um aspirador de pó deixou minha esposa (78 anos usando um andador) entrar na sala para que ela não tivesse que ficar esperando que eu voltasse.O café-da-manhã preparado na hora é muito bom e as pessoas lá embaixo são super, mas o preço é bastante alto em US$ 16,95 por pessoa - PARA CAFÉ DA MANHÃ!O quarto era limpo e confortável - sem queixas. Por algum motivo que espero que repitam, nosso quarto foi feito para a segunda noite.Nós definitivamente ficaremos aqui de novo.Davi

I took two stars away because when we checked in, the clerk used the wrong number of days for the key so when we came back the second night, our key would not open the door. Had to go back down, wait until the night clerk returned form where ever to reprogram the key. I added one start back on because of the people. A gentleman with a vacuum cleaner let my wife (78 years old using a walker) into the room so she did not have to stand waiting for me to return. The cooked to order breakfast is very good and the people down there are super but the price is quite high at $16.95 per person - FOR BREAKFAST! The room was clean and comfortable - no complaints. For some reason that I hope they repeat, our room was made for the second night. We will definitely stay here again. David

O check-in é uma dor porque damos todas as informações por telefone antes de chegarmos lá, então eles pedem as mesmas informações quando chegamos lá, como nosso cartão de crédito e carteira de motorista para provar que somos membros de honra (isso tudo deve estar em o sistema). Chegamos a este mesmo hotel todos os meses e todos os meses a piscina coberta está congelando. Continuamos pensando "talvez a piscina esteja quente desta vez", mas nunca está.

Check in is a pain because we give all the information over the phone before we get there, then they ask for the same information once we get there, like our credit card and drivers license to prove we are honors members (this should all be in the system). We come to this same hotel every month and every month the indoor pool is freezing. We keep thinking "maybe the pool will be warm this time" but it never is.

Minha família e eu ficamos aqui enquanto visitávamos meu filho. O hotel era limpo e a equipe foi amigável. O café-da-manhã e café foi melhor do que a maioria dos hotéis. Minha família com certeza ficaria aqui novamente. Minha única sugestão é talvez manter ou oferecer café no lobby à tarde ou à noite.

My family and I stayed here while visiting my son. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast and coffee was better than most hotels. My family would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion is maybe keep or offer coffee in the lobby in the afternoons or evenings.

Reservei uma estadia de fim de semana prolongado via Booking.com, em que pedi especificamente um quarto com banheira apenas para ser colocado em um quarto equipado apenas com um chuveiro funcionando. Além disso, embora eu tenha pago antecipadamente minha estadia como normalmente faço, ao chegar ao hotel, fui cobrado cerca de US $ 100 a mais do que supostamente paguei via Booking.com, que inicialmente me disseram que sairia assim que eu fizesse o check-out. Quando acompanhei a suposta gerente Donna Turner-Robinson, me contaram uma história diferente e que o problema era derivado do Booking.com. Ela me garantiu que cuidaria do problema no dia seguinte e eu forneci minhas informações de contato. Quase 2 semanas depois, nada foi feito e, após o acompanhamento, sua primeira ação foi me pedir minhas informações de contato mais uma vez. Quando chegamos, houve uma grande festa, muitas pessoas andando no lobby e do lado de fora por todos os pontos de entrada. Tínhamos pré-pago on-line, apenas para ser cobrado novamente ao sair. Por que descobrimos a segunda carga e ligamos para o hotel Rectify, não conseguimos passar. Acabamos ligando para a linha nacional deles para obter um reembolso.Os quartos eram básicos e desatualizados. Tínhamos duas camas queen size, mas elas pareciam mais de tamanho normal. Passamos pela recepção sim, apenas vimos vários funcionários, fomos recebidos apenas por uma pessoa ou estadia inteira. Este lugar era bom para uma parada de uma noite, mas não ficaria aqui por longos períodos de tempo

Este hotel parece limpo e moderno, mas é aí que o conforto termina. Todas as despesas foram poupadas no conforto deste hotel.Tenho certeza de que eles poderiam ter encontrado uma substância mais firme para a cama. Talvez concreto, mas mesmo isso pode ter sido uma melhoria, pelo menos as molas não teriam me esfaqueado a noite toda.Os travesseiros são de penas, mas quebrados horrivelmente. Eu gostaria de pensar que é por lavá-los com tanta frequência, mas eles pesam uma tonelada para um travesseiro de penas, o que significa que provavelmente estão cheios de ácaros de anos de uso.Estava limpo, mas eu provavelmente teria dormido melhor na caminhonete. Gaste seu dinheiro em outro lugar.

O hotel parece ótimo do lado de fora, quarto limpo e grande. Infelizmente, o cheiro do banheiro de urina. Ao falar com a equipe que insistiu que todos os quartos estavam muito bem limpos e ela não sentiu o cheiro e afirmou que tinha um bom nariz. When we arrived there was a huge party add a lot of people walking around in the lobby and outside by all of the entry points. We had prepaid online, only to be charged again when leaving. Why'd we discovered the second charge and called to have the hotel Rectify, we couldn't get through at all. We ended up calling their National line to get a refund.Rooms were basic and outdated. We had two queen beds but they seemed more like full-size.We walked past the front desk yeah just saw several employees, we were only greeted by one person or whole stay. This place was okay for a one-night stop, but would not stay here for a long periods of time

I booked a long weekend stay via Booking.com wherein I specifically asked for a room with a bath tub only to be put in a room equipped only with a working shower. Additionally, although I prepaid my stay as I normally do, upon arriving at the hotel I was charged close to an extra $100 than what I supposedly paid via Booking.com, which I was initially told would come off once I checked out. When I followed up with the supposed manager Donna Turner-Robinson, I was told a different story and that the issue derived from Booking.com. She assured me that she would take care of the issue the following day and I provided her with my contact info. Almost 2 weeks later nothing’s been done and upon following up, her first action was to ask me for my contact info once more. At this point, I can simply conclude that my issue was never a priority to her and the overall hotel staff is grossly incompetent with absolutely no regards in ensuring customer satisfaction. I’ll be sure to never consider staying at any Hilton affiliated hotels from here on out as I’ve never had to deal with such callousness at any other facilities as frequently as I have been traveling for work.

The hotel looks great from outside, bedroom clean and big. Unfortunately, The bathroom smell of Urine. When speaking to the staff who insisted that all rooms cleaned very well and she didn’t smell it and she stated she had a good nose. The front desk staff is professional but I cannot feel her warmth. Other than that the hotel cafe’ staff is very friendly, look forward to switching to a different room this afternoon

This hotel looks clean and modern, but that’s where the comfort ends. Every expense was spared in the comfort of this hotel. I’m sure they could have found a firmer substance for the bed. Maybe concrete, but even that may have been an improvement, at least springs wouldn’t have been stabbing at me all night. The pillows are feather, but broken down horribly. I would like to think it’s from washing them so often, but they weigh a ton for a feather pillow, which means they’re probably full of dust mites from years of use. It was clean, but I probably would have gotten a better nights sleep in the truck. Spend your money somewhere else.

Ficamos aqui por duas semanas enquanto nossa casa estava sendo reformada. A localização foi perfeita para nós. Reservamos dois quartos, pois meu marido e eu trabalhamos remotamente e nossos monitores duplos foram instalados em cada quarto. A mesa/cadeira era confortável para trabalhar 10+ horas/dia. A internet era rápida e confiável.Não há cozinha, mas há muitas opções de refeições a poucos passos do hotel. Há um micro-ondas e uma pequena geladeira. O café gratuito no lobby foi muito bom também!Nossos filhos gostaram da piscina coberta como um mimo e fizemos uso do centro de fitness.O café da manhã é preparado na hora e servido. Gostaria de self-service bastante completo porque demorava muito tempo pela manhã, mas era bom. A comida era fresca, especialmente as frutas.Todos foram simpáticos e as acomodações eram confortáveis em geral. Não é fácil viver/trabalhar em um hotel com crianças pequenas, aproveitamos ao máximo e acabou sendo uma ótima opção.

Nos alojamos aquí por dos semanas mientras nuestra casa estaba siendo remodelada. La ubicación era perfecta para nosotros. Reservamos dos habitaciones ya que mi esposo y yo trabajamos de forma remota y teníamos nuestros monitores dobles instalados en cada habitación. El escritorio/silla era cómodo para trabajar más de 10 horas al día. Internet fue rápido y confiable.No hay cocina, pero hay muchas opciones para comer a solo unos pasos del hotel. Hay un microondas y una nevera pequeña. ¡El café gratis en el vestíbulo también era bastante bueno!Nuestros hijos disfrutaron de la piscina cubierta como un regalo y nosotros hicimos uso del gimnasio.El desayuno se cocina a pedido y se sirve. Preferiría un autoservicio completo porque tomaba mucho tiempo por las mañanas, pero estaba bien. La comida era fresca, especialmente las frutas.Todos fueron amables y el alojamiento fue cómodo en general. No es fácil vivir/trabajar en un hotel con niños pequeños, hicimos lo mejor que pudimos y resultó ser una excelente opción.

We stayed here for two weeks while our home was being remodeled. The location was perfect for us. We booked two rooms as my husband and I both work remotely and had our double monitors set up in each room. The desk/chair was comfortable for working 10+ hrs/day. The internet was fast and reliable. There is no kitchen but there are plenty of eating options just steps from the hotel. There is a microwave and a small fridge. The free coffee in the lobby was pretty good too! Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool as a treat and we made use of the fitness center. The breakfast is cooked to order and served. I would have rather full self service because it took a long time in the mornings, but it was good. The food was fresh, especially the fruits. Everyone was friendly and the accommodations were comfortable overall. It is not easy to live/work out of a hotel with small kids, we made the best of it and this turned out to be a great option.
