“Loved it & didn't know it was there until I ended up arriving into the Richmond airport for the first time late around midnight. From the front desk check-in to the time of check-out was superb service, comfortable room and bed, and peaceful quiet after a long day of travel returning into the U.S. Thanks so much & especially for the military rate discount!”

“I would avoid this hotel at all cost!
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The room is average, but for 155+tax, there was no room service at all. Zero! There is an indoor pool but there was a sign saying it's closed for maintenance. But I didn't see anyone working on it. I think they closed the pool because they don't want to clean it. The lady at the front desk was kind of rude. Would never want to come back.”
