These peole at the front desk canceled my reservation because they tried charging my card befor I was even there to check in first off why are you trying to charge my card for anything if im not even there to check in yet in one minute if you can't check in till after 3:00 and now she's telling me that she canceled the reservation because I wasn't there before 3:00 to check in this is just ridiculous now I have to go through and I have to find a whole other Motel to make a reservation out because she canceled my reservation for no reason didn't nobody tell me I had to be there by 3:00 to check in for my reservation and didn't nobody to give them permission to charge my card before I arrived there to check in

This place is starting to go downhill. Hilton, it's time to do a quality check on this hotel. It needs to be updated and kept clean. At one point we were hanging out with some ants that were invading the room, through a tiny hole in the window frame. We were on top floor too. Also, the toilet literally took 10 minutes to fill the tank. Will not be staying there again.

Very pleasant and peaceful stay friendly attentive staff. Would definitely stay again!!! Everything about the hotel isn't 5 star worthy but the staff gets an "A" for effort

Edit to answer the laughable response from some Hampton social media intern: I have contacted you. Several times. I've spent a dozen hours trying to get my money back. The $400 hold fell off and $400 was refunded because staff should have realized I never checked in the first night, but they're refusing to refund another $400. I've provided my call log showing I called. Screenshots of messages with my husband and friend about cancelling. I remember specifics of the conversation with the representative. I've offered a doctor's note proving I was bedridden. Hampton insists on retaining $400 they stole, $400 I can't afford because my little brother killed himself and I paid for his service. My card was declined buying food for my 2-year-old because of this theft. Don't performatively pretend to care while stealing from a grieving mother. It's horrifying the face Hampton puts on to lure in more customers while blatantly robbing me. I hope my $400 is going to a good cause - oh wait, it will just go to the $55 million salary of the CEO. Gotta make sure this year's bonus tops last year's, $1,072,500 wasn't nearly enough. Original review: Horrifying customer service. I called and cancelled my reservation five weeks before my anticipated stay, since a necessary medical procedure was scheduled for the same time. They still pulled $1200 out of my account after the cancellation. The first employee I spoke with was kind and reassured me that she could see it was a mistake and they would refund. The manager the next day was a different story, you would think she was Mrs. Hampton herself. She refused to listen to my proof of the cancellation and was unbearably rude. She had the audacity to try to scold me because if they gave me the money back, Hampton would be out money because I "didn't show up". I was understanding that mistakes happen when it seemed like we could work it out, but not after her way out of hand response. I explained I am neither capable of, nor responsible for financing the ineptitude of the Hampton employee who confirmed cancellation of my reservation. She pretended to transfer me and just hung up. Hampton corporate was slightly better, and it looks like the employee that was supposed to cancel accidentally just cancelled one (instead of three) nights. I will never give this hotel my information ever again. If that was an example of the kind of service the site manager thinks is acceptable or professional, I advise everyone to stay away from this place as well

It was nice and comfy and not too expensive, the clerk at the front was nice and explained everything. I overall enjoyed my stay, I’d compare it to the holiday inn express next door, oh and yes free parking and free wifi, nice size flat screen, clean bathroom, comfy pillows and convenient highway access, close enough to nearby stores etc and jelly belly factory.
