Rooms were tiny and we had to switch rooms do the fact our first room the door wasn't locked when we when to get in. No safes in the room but the offer it at the front desk. They do check bags which is nice. The hotel restaurant is only available in the left elevator. And we had to go get our own food after a half-hour of waiting. Food was okay. Would of been better if was hot. Os quartos eram minúsculos e tivemos que mudar de quarto para fazer o nosso primeiro quarto, a porta não estava trancada quando entramos. Não há cofres no quarto, mas a oferta na recepção. Eles verificam as malas, o que é bom. O restaurante do hotel está disponível apenas no elevador esquerdo. E tivemos que ir buscar nossa própria comida depois de meia hora de espera. A comida estava ok. Seria melhor se estivesse quente.

From the outside, it looks like a decent hotel.The reception area is tiny which means there's always a queue. The desk staff seemed to be struggling with the systems and as usual Hotels. Com didn't send through my comments.There's a lounge area but you don't really know if you can use it or when.There's water filling stations by the lifts which is a good idea.I was in 505 which has absolutely no direct view due to the parapets.The room was large and had a good deal. Big TV but that needs an update as half the Channel Guide is missing.Bathroom was good and the shower was powerful and hot. All in all, fairly decent hotel.What I didn't enjoy: Corridors were noisy with people going to their rooms till late That confusing lounge area No in-room information about the hotel Hot and miss trying to get cabs in the area Do lado de fora, parece um hotel decente.A área da recepção é pequena, o que significa que há sempre uma fila. Stayed there for business trip. Great location! 7 stars for location but same like other reviews, 3 stars for room condition and size. Not much to say about the service, it's a very self-serve kind of hotel. Some likes a lot of care, others just don't want anyone bugging them. But then again, if I'm only staying for the bed, who cares about the lobby? Se Hospedaram lá para viagem de negócios. Ótima localização! 7 estrelas pela localização, mas igual a outros comentários, 3 estrelas pela condição e tamanho do quarto. Não há muito a dizer sobre o serviço, é um tipo de hotel muito self-service. Alguns gostam de muito cuidado, outros simplesmente não querem que ninguém os incomode. Mas, novamente, se eu ficar apenas para a cama, quem se importa com o saguão?

The location is the best thing about this place. The staff have all been friendly and accommodating. The rooms and amenities, however, are really three star.Edit: I've reduced the review to 2 stars. I've had to ask to get the room made and sheets changed twice, over two days, and after that all they did was just make the room. Even a three star hotel would replace the sheets if you ask. I would change hotels if this wasn't prepaid. A localização é a melhor coisa sobre este lugar. Os funcionários foram todos simpáticos e atenciosos. Os quartos e comodidades, no entanto, são realmente três estrelas.Edit: reduzi a avaliação para 2 estrelas. Eu tive que pedir para arrumar o quarto e os lençóis trocados duas vezes, ao longo de dois dias, e depois disso tudo o que eles fizeram foi apenas arrumar o quarto. Mesmo um hotel de três estrelas substituiria os lençóis se você pedir. Eu mudaria de hotel se isso não fosse pré-pago.

No está mal teniendo en cuenta el alojamiento de Londres.

I’m going to star with the positive points: nice facilites, fair room, well located, and coffee and water machines available all day long.Despite all the above I would never recommend this hotel, does not correspond to the experience you should have on a 4-stars hotel on such an high rate per night. (Most of) the staff does not care about you at all, if they can rush to get into the elevator before you, they will. If they have to welcome you and explain just a couple of points during the check-in, they won’t. There’s no room cleaning service at all, which was a surprise after returning at our second night. The breakfast is something you should avoid, poor options and you can only pick sweet or salty, if you ask for it and pick the salty one I wish you good luck as you might see how locals entering after you are served in minutes while you wait. By the way, you need some vouchers for the breakfast but, of course, the man that “took care” of our check-in did not explained it even provided those.As a summary, not worth that money for how you are treated at the end. There might be hundreds of more humble hotels but you will for sure feel more welcome there.

Second time staying here and it’s still great!!! I got a last minute room after agoda cancelled my other hotel, and then extended my stay an extra night. Booked the 2nd night directly with them. Staff were really helpful, gave me a quiet room overlooking a courtyard. Super comfy bed. The small gym has 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, elliptical and free weights, very practical! Hotel is quieter on weekends and convenient for the tube & trains & general shops in the area

The rooms are tired and desperately in need of updating.Worn carpets in the halls - not just a bit tired, they are virtually threadbare.Seems there’s very little attention to detail cleaning wise - superficial wipe of surfaces and folding the loo roll, but mould in the shower.Walls are paper thin.Bed was nice.Bathroom needs updating.It’s expensive for what it is - it’s really not much different to one of the budget hotels and they’re generally maintained to a higher standard.Yes there’s a gaucho and a fitness suite, but the important bit, the rooms, certainly don’t match the brand.

Clean and great night's sleep - good bed & fairly quiet. Air-con worked hot and cold quickly and could be turned off for sleeping. Towels not replaced 2nd day or room serviced at all but was clean on arrival. No wardrobe or clothes cupboards in room!! Bizarre, so used the floor....

Bom hotel, relativamente próximo a estação Bank. O hotel atende as expectativas, bem limpo, boas toalhas porém o chuveiro não era tão bom. As vezes a água esquentava e esfriava logo na sequência. A região é um pouco parada também.

Lo único bueno es la situación, cerca de tres estaciones de metro, lo demás fatal. Son unos imprestables, durante los 4 días que estuvimos no nos hicieron la habitación, ni limpiaron la habitación, ni el cuarto de baño, estando en una situación sanitaria tan problemática. Al reclamar nos dijeron que no tenían servicio de habitaciones, algo increíble en un hotel de 4 estrellas, así que las papeleras de las habitaciones llenas de restos de papel, restos,etc. El cuarto de baño tenías que limpiar tú, si querías que estuviera un poco decente. El precio 120 € diarios por dormir, una penapara estar sin ningún servicio de limpieza

Buena ubicación, recepción correcta, habitación silenciosa yconfortable de un hotel 4 *Español, (normalmente los hoteles 4* europeos son de menos categoría que los españoles, en este caso no es inferior), se agradece que disponga de pequeño fregadero, microondas, tetera, nevera, cubiertos, y vasos, así como café gratis en recepción y self-service de botellas de agua. Buen precio comparado conlos precios de la zona, volvería con ese mismo precio 384 E(£328,32), por mas de ese importeno volvería.

El hotel está situado en el centro financiero de Londres. Magnífica opción para alojarse cerca del centro.Los clientes tienen café y agua a su disposición de forma gratuita. El día de diario también hay baratos, cereales y fruta.

Estuvimos en fin de semana. Muy próximo a la estación de tren de London Bridge. (15 minutos andando). La habitación limpia y suficiente para 2 adultos y un niño. Café y agua gratis. El personal atento y en la habitación muy poco ruido. La relación calidad precio es proporcional. Cuando volvamos a Londres volveremos allí.

Buena relación calidad precio. Muy limpio. Tienen café gratis, fruta y refrescos. Tambien algo de comer como galletas y barritas energéticas gratis. Agua flitrada y botellas para llenarlas. Los recepcionistas son muy amables, en especial Jake que nos trató muy bien. Ademas nos dejaron el adaptador de enchufe ingles porque se nos olvidó traerlo. La habitación está muy bien.Lo recomiendo 100%.

Muy buen hotel para pasar unos días en familia. Zona agradable y muy bien comunicada, nada ruidoso y con muchos lugares de atracción cercanos. Personal muy amable. Y lo mucho que es de agradecer el servicio que hay en el hall de café, té, fruta, cereales, galletitas... e incluso, a ciertas horas, nachos, salsas y vinos, todo incluido en el precio, así como botellas de agua disponibles en las plantas. La habitación familiar muy espaciosa y bien distribuida, con microondas y nevera, con millones de cajones y un buen armario. La ducha muy potente con reposición diaria de productos de higiene. No le pongo cinco estrellas porque las camas no son todo lo cómodas que esperas comparadas conel resto de servicios. Aún así, lo recomiendo absolutamente.
